Darrell did the job of clearing my sewer lateral when other plumbers called it quits after an hour. Even after finding an issue that looked like he wouldn't be able to clear the lateral, he kept at it and was able to clear it so that we could get a proper look at the issue. Now I have to address the issue, but with Darrell's help, I have some time to make a decision.

Chris came out to fully check our a/c for the summer. He called before to let us know he was on his way and arrived exactly as planned. He was personable and professional and gave us an accurate description of all our a/c and heater unit.
