I was referred to them, took time off of work for the appointment, they were a no call no show.

Had them install a bar sink drain in my basement. They had to jack hammer my concrete floor, dig down and connect into existing plumbing. Did a fantastic job, let me look it over and take pictures before they sealed it back up and finished it with concrete. They noticed my sump cover was rusted so they replaced that too for a very reasonable price and sealed it all with silicon. Will definitely use them again!

I just want to say from the moment I called them at 4:55pm they didn't say call back in the morning, first plus sign. I spoke with a very pleasant young woman told her my furnace finally bit the dirt and I had no heat, she had me talk with TJ who took some information and about an hour later he was at my home checking things out. we discussed my options . I wanted to finance the new furnace so he called them and about 5 minutes later I was approved Second plus He called their dealer to see if they had the furnace I was going to need they had one so had them hold it and next day had my new furnace 3rd plus. Want to give a big thank you to Pat and the other young man (sorry forgot his name) who came put the unit in . They cleaned up an mess that was made. They were all very polite and friendly and showed me all I needed to know . I give this company An A+. Thank you all.

They came to help solve our problem. We had a leaking water heater. Problem fixed. In need of a 24 hours plumbing company? This is the company to-go-to. Oh I almost forgot its 11 PM when I called.

Knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it very quickly, very friendly, price was amazing.

Needed basement wash drain repaired because metal drain had corroded away. Asked for plastic drain and new washers put in dripping faucet. Mike the plumber told me couldn't be done. Needed new faucet and metal drain. Did repair myself with sink manufacture parts for $40. Had to pay $110 to Alpine for worthless trip charge.

Still trying to understand how someone can be charged $175 for a 30 minute stop and zero work was completed. He flushed my toilets, ran the sinks and then cut an unnecessary hole in the ceiling looking for a leak that was never found. Couldn’t be more unsatisfied. I wrote them a letter along with my check and never heard back. They certainly won’t hear back from me again.

Called and came out the same day. Very fast and explained well. Recommend. Thank me later.

I had Hagen Plumbing replace all the pipes in a rental house I while I was remodeling it. Their communication was awesome and they did a great job for a very fair price. I can't recommend them enough to everyone looking for a reliable plumbing company.

I had two toilets serviced and a under sink water heater installed. He was polite and friendly. Prices were fair enough and the work preformed correctly. He also doens't mind you watching the work he's doing.
