Hartlaub's plumber, Issac called ahead and arrived early. When he called he asked where the proper place to park would be to ensure he would not get in my way. Inspection and costs were given prior to any work done. After the work was done we did a visual inspection to ensure that I understood the completed work. Service was performed efficiently in a polite manner. The second job I had done was electrical, my electrician was Joe. The office called ahead of Joe's arrival, Joe arrived in a timely manner, showed me what he needed to do and completed the job and informed me of what he had done. Joe was polite and very professional. I would recommend Hartlaub to anyone if they want to receive quality service. Hartlaub should be proud to have team members like Joe and Issac representing them in the field.

Rick and Mike were great. They called before coming and were right on time. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. The installs of my toilets went smooth as silk. Both Rick and Mike cleaned up so well it's like you never knew they were here. Price was absolutely perfect as well. I had an emergency when my water heater stopped working last week. I was afraid my pipes would freeze and I couldnt find anyone who could come out immediately until I saw a reccomendation for this company on nextdoor.com. These guys came immediately and had my water heater replaced AND did some plumbing on some worn out pipes. They worked late into the night but took care of everything with no additional charge for the rush order. THANK YOU KINSLEY LYNE COMPANY

A little mishap in scheduling but overall I am extremely happy. I called and left a message with Dave Burns about a scheduling mishap and my call was returned in a matter of minutes to be taken care of the very next day. I appreciate that very much as I have limited time off right now. Jason and his help came out to service a gas line for us. Jason arrived promptly and began working soon thereafter. Looking over the work that was completed, I am happy with the placement as that was the original way I would have liked. Beautifully done! In a few hours I was ready to go with a new gas line to my new stove. I cannot be more pleased! I will definitely use Dave Burns again for my future needs. Thank you for a great experience.

They do professional work and like animals. They replaced traps, installed shower heads and faucets in old house , and replaced our old concrete laundry sink.
