Never showed up for my service in December

Very nice and professional, great service they even fixed an additional concern I had with no hesitation. They cleaned up very well when they were finished. Great job!

Had a break down at 2:30 in the morning with below zero temps. Dickenschrauf re-arranged their schedule to get to me. They had the problem fixed by lunch and installed a new Furnace 3 days later. Everything from start to finish was phenomenal. If you are looking for a trustworthy Contractor, these guys are it!

Very satisfied with this company. They were very responsive and took time to access and explain our problem. They gave us options and the cost of the repairs was not excessive. Communication with them was very easy and prompt. Would recommend them and use them again.

Friend had a Christmas Day Emergency so we called the 24/7 Emergency number and never received a phone call back! Not sure why you have 24/7 Emergency service coming from a guy in the trades that also carries a company Emergency phone and always answers the phone. Finally got a call back 3 days later after I already fixed the problem for her. Unreliable service!

Because they don't keep appointments

Still trying to understand how someone can be charged $175 for a 30 minute stop and zero work was completed. He flushed my toilets, ran the sinks and then cut an unnecessary hole in the ceiling looking for a leak that was never found. Couldn’t be more unsatisfied. I wrote them a letter along with my check and never heard back. They certainly won’t hear back from me again.
