Dickenschrauf has bailed me out multiple times and was able to complete work other plumbing companies couldn't do. They will continue to be my first call for any plumbing needs.

As we prepared to host Christmas, our kitchen sink backed up. The clog was all the way down in the trap in our basement level. We called Justin the morning of the 23rd. He was at our house within hours. He worked fast and efficient. The drain was cleared within an hour. While he was there, he also cleared up a slow draining bathroom sink. He was very clean and followed all Covid precautions. The cost for his work was very reasonable. We would definitely call him again.

Alpine Plumbing was the contractor for our new house built in 2017. Two months ago (summer 2020) we had a leak in our basement. The valve that controls the flow from the main water line had cracked, and the crack was below the shutoff valve so we couldn't shutoff the leak. This is a thick solid brass piece and we were very surprised to see that it cracked. The plumber that came out to fix it (not Alpine as we did not know who did our plumbing at the time) said the crack occurred because it was tightened too much. This is a house 2.5 years old and we had a leak in our basement because of a bad install by Alpine. I contacted Alpine via their web form to complain and try and get reimbursed and received a call back shortly later, but I wasn't able to answer the phone. I tried calling back twice and was never able to get ahold of someone. Alpine did not try to contact me further, via phone or email. At the least they should have followed up via email when I didn't answer the phone the one time they called.

I do not recommend this business as they are obviously inexperienced and have poor communication.

UPDATE: Had a second cracked fitting that was also due to over-tightening!

I called Plugged Pipes and Mike showed up in no time . I had a plugged main and Mike took care of it. It had plugged on me before and with a camera Mike was able to show me what the problem was. Mike is the best and I would highly recommend him for your plugged pipes.

I'll spare the details of my 3 day drain stoppage, but Plugged Pipes was the FIFTH plumber we had come out for a problem. We had 1 plumber try to unclog the sewer and failed, 1 refused to come out, 1 came and left without attempting a fix, and 1 spent 2 hours hemming and hawing over why he had to come out after hours... Seriously, we had no plumbing for 3 days, this was an EMERGENCY!!!!
So we call Plugged Pipes... It was like having a troop of white knights show up (literally, with big white vans!)... Not only FAST, but with all the right equipment, solid communication the WHOLE time, they not only diagnosed the problem (simple trees roots on an old house pipe) but they were able to fix it and give us a mitigation plan in under an hour! It was like have a Plumbing Super Hero swoop in and fix everything! I can't begin to explain the weight that was removed when I could take a shower or use my appliances! If you're looking for QUALITY, FAST SERVICE, and FANTASTIC COMMUNICATION, do not hesitate to call these super plumbers.... Life would have been so much easier for me had I contact them 3 days earlier.

Late yesterday afternoon, my 92 year old parents called me in a panic, that their faucet in the bathtub broke and they couldn't stop the water. They couldn't turn off the main water supply in the basement because the turn valve was rusted shut! We remembered seeing the Gene Wagner Plumbing trucks and called them. Within a half hour, Dave from Gene Wagner arrived at their home. He was able to repair the broken plumbing parts and turn the water back on! Dave was such a friendly man. He was able to calm my parents down within minutes! Not only is Dave a great plumber, but he knows how to relate to his customers.
