Late yesterday afternoon, my 92 year old parents called me in a panic, that their faucet in the bathtub broke and they couldn't stop the water. They couldn't turn off the main water supply in the basement because the turn valve was rusted shut! We remembered seeing the Gene Wagner Plumbing trucks and called them. Within a half hour, Dave from Gene Wagner arrived at their home. He was able to repair the broken plumbing parts and turn the water back on! Dave was such a friendly man. He was able to calm my parents down within minutes! Not only is Dave a great plumber, but he knows how to relate to his customers.
