I had two guys come out today Chris and I’m not sore the other guy , Andy or AARON. Anyways very nice and polite . They cleaned out our stack in the basement from a back up .The charge was a lot lower than some other places . I would recommend them and call on them again

Isaac came by our house today as we were moving in to help with a washing machine connection and piping issue. Not only did Isaac fix the issue but he went above and beyond to help my wife and I consider other issues in our plumbing. We had a sewer backup in our basement that we noticed on Friday at 10:30pm, I called around on Saturday morning and was having trouble finding someone who could get out to us before Monday afternoon. I called this company and they knew what I needed right away and were out to us before 12pm today (Saturday). They were quick, friendly, informative and VERY reasonably priced! Will definitely use them again!

I just want to give an appreciative shout out to Dave and his team. We had a drain issue recently that I couldn't fix myself. Chris and Austin and Dave's team showed up on time, and professionally resolved the issue. The work and value met or exceeded my expectations. When your in a jam, and need a contractor to fix something you can feel like your being taken advantage of. This was not my experience with Dave's plumbing. Peder was fantastic, he was here in a timely manner, professional, and explained everything he repaired. Pricing was very fair for a new gas line for our stove and laundry hookup upstairs. If you're a small business starting out I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. On numerous occasions my prices of my material fluctuate more than the stock market. And this is not in relation to the supply chain issues. I'm paying double sometimes for items that I can get elsewhere. If only this company cared about smaller companies with lower volume as they did with that bigger companies. I've grown tired of babysitting my pricing every time I order something here. I don't have the time or the patience. This company doesn't care about the contractor, as my general contractors can call and get the same pricing for fixtures and material as I can, if not better. Just another corporation only concerned with the bottom line. As generations continue, just as others have, Ferguson will just be another supply house that will be closing its doors to the big box stores because of their lack of vision for customer service and true commitment to their contractors, big or small.

Action Heating and Cooling replaced my furnace and A/C in 2019 and the A/C has never worked more than 6 weeks without them needing to come back and refill the coolant and or replace something. Once again summer is here and my A/C is blowing warm air. Choosing Action Heating and Cooling might was the worst vendor selection I have ever made.

Mr. Plumber came to our house and diagnosed our problem fairly quickly. After waiting the day for the silicone to cure, we tested the shower only to find the problem still exist. When I contacted him I was told the earliest he could return was the following week. After applying more silicone I was told there would be an additional cost for labor. Are you kidding! So either he had no idea where the leak was coming from and just put silicone everywhere to cover his behind the second time or he did a mediocre job the first time. So now we are out of $260 and he spent maybe 2 hours tops between both trips he was here. Maybe I should have skipped college and went to a trade school. Personable guy, overpriced unscrupulous plumber.
