Insane pricing just to let a plumber come to your house wow what a shame. If the price for them just to come out is that pricy imagen the labor cost.

Ran new water line from the pump to new manufactured home and connected/changed old plumbing extending to existing buildings. Plumber was very good, kept us updated and always was there when he said he would be.

I learned of Hartlaub through the ProReferral program at Home Depot. I prefer to support companies that have been reviewed by Home Depot, as I know they are very thorough in the qualifying process. As soon as my request was entered, I received a call from their office. We set up an appt., which had to be changed by Hartlaub, due to unforseen circumstances, but Ann Marie was very professional in explaining the situation and working with me to schedule another date. My next appt. was scheduled and I received a call from tech Jeff, advising me that he was on the way. I appreciated the heads-up! When Jeff arrived, he put shoe covers on (thoughtful) and inspected the job, which was installing a new bathroom sink fixture and a new shower fixture kit. He informed me that the P-trap for the tub, was not up to code and explained what type of problems it could create. As I had experienced problems with drainage, it made sense to have it updated as well. The tech was unable to start the job that day due to the time needed for the work, but still checked with the office and another tech to see if it was possible. We planned another day, where they could get started early and attack the job with two techs versus one. On the day of the install, three techs arrived! Eric, Angel and Issac. All wore shoe covers as they went in an out for tools, etc. They arrived at 9 a.m. and I had errands to run, but felt comfortable leaving them in the house while I was gone. I came back in the afternoon and they were wrapping up. The areas were being cleaned of any debris and even wiped down (the tub) with a cleaner. Eric went over the work that they had performed and showed me that everything was functioning. To confirm that there was no residue, or air in the system, he checked the kitchen sink faucet, which he tightened and cleared of mineral particles (thank you)! I was satisfied with the work and with the consistent communication provided by the office. Ann Marie did a great job of explaining their service program for HVAC tune-ups, service etc. I appreciate everyone's professionalism regarding the service I needed. I work with pro's everyday and will make sure to mention Hartlaub to my associates and customers. Thank you for a pleasurable experience!

Excellent service. Tried to tackle a small plumbing issue I had with low water pressure on a cold water line to a bathroom faucet. When I placed my wrench on the pipe. The pipe pretty much just crumbled and broke off at the elbow. I called Milwaukee Plumbing and explained what happened. They called me back in 10 minutes and stated that they would have someone able to come within 3 hours. Plumber Kevin arrived with a packed vehicle (a mobile plumbing store) probably had 5 of everything any job could need. He took a look over everything and when out and got everything he needed. He worked non stop. (Not do 5 minutes of work and take a 20 or take phone calls.) He did an amazing job, vary friendly, took time to explain what needed to be done. The job was done in an hour and 15mins. Will definitely do business with Milwaukee Plumbing and Piping, again.

I had an emergency when my water heater stopped working last week. I was afraid my pipes would freeze and I couldnt find anyone who could come out immediately until I saw a reccomendation for this company on nextdoor.com. These guys came immediately and had my water heater replaced AND did some plumbing on some worn out pipes. We needed to have our water heater replaced and contacted O & W. We heard back right away, got an estimate via email, and the very next day our new unit was installed! Omer was personable, thorough, and a total professional. He knows so much about water heaters and plumbing in general, and he took tons of time to explain everything in detail and give us recommendations for DIY repairs and plumbing maintenance. I can't recommend O & W enough!

Very, very impressed with Plugged Pipes, LLC. After getting the runaround with a few other plumbers, we found Mike and we couldn't have had a better experience. He kept things extremely clean and he and his staff were very respectful. He figured out our problem immediately and got the job done in the most timely manner. His equipment is top notch and he's extremely knowledgeable and honest. We have found our life long plumber!

Do NOT use this company unless you want to get completely ripped off. We called them out to address a smell coming from the drain in our shower. We told them multiple times where the smell was coming from and said we thought there might be build-up in the P-trap or one of the pipes in the basement -- they told us multiples times that we were wrong. After charging us for a new toilet ring, doing a smoke test, and telling use we needed to extend our soffit vent out, we ended up paying for a lot of unnecessary work that didn't fix the smell at all. We had 2 more plumbers come out and give us their opinions and both agreed within 10 minutes of being here that our suspicions were correct. The plumber we went with had everything cleaned out and fixed in a day. Alpine refuses to admit their mistake, says they're the experts, and after an hour on the phone with them only knocked $100 off our bill. What a joke.

I needed a plumber for a backed up sewer drain. I called Dave and left a message. I called another plumbing service with good ratings and setup an appointment with them. Dave (or i think it was Dave) called me back shortly after I explained I already booked with an other company. He asked about the rate and when I told him the rate and other company. He assured me they do good work at a great price. Seems super professional to speak well of his competition I'll definitely call Dave in the future if I have plumbing needs.

Hagen was able to come out for service the day after I called. Peder arrived and was able to repair the pipe within a short time. He informed me he had a lot of time left (minimum one hour labor charge) and asked if there were any other issues. Incidentally, there was an issue with the kitchen drain that I had intended to attend to myself. He was able to take care of that, also. The only additional cost incurred was minimal to cover parts. I highly recommend this company.
