I call tuffy plumbing to come out and unstop my Mom's drain, they came right out and unstopped it, and Chris and Andy were professional, knowledgeable and nice. Thumbs up and yes I would recommend them.

Old house, old pipes and drains. Our kitchen drain was beyond hope. Mike was available and was at our house in less than an hour after we called. Our blockage extended from the sink drain into the basement and Mike had us back in order in no time. We appreciate that all was explained and easily understood. Very clean and thorough!

Nice guys but poor work. Very unsatisfied with the ductwork I had put in for a new fan filter, not a lot of confidence that they were doing things right, just quick and cheap. I am actively getting quotes to re-do the work from other contractors. I will never use them again.

Goes by milwaukee plumbing services for billing purposes. Will charge you at least $80 to walk in the door and claims all non-desperate plumbers do the same. That is a lie. Will then tell you not to purchase any replacement parts so they can get you a warranty. That is just to upcharge you. Finally, got a second quote that was nearly half the price. Look elsewhere.

Had a great experience with Peter, Erik, and the entire Hagen team. Communication was great from the first call to the service visit. Peter was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He also did a great job cleaning up after he was done. Would strongly recommend to friends and family. They will be getting any plumbing business that I may have in the future. Had an emergency-ish situation last night. Kitchen sink clogged and my wife and I spent hours trying to unclog it. No luck. Randomly tried Dr. Plumber... He was the first 24/7 service listed.

Steve was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was on time, courteous, and even took a quick look at another problem to help us out.

Recommend him to anyone having plumbing issues, especially if you run into an emergency. 5/5
