I found this company through google. It was very random and I took a chance. My water heater had stopped working. I called left a message and within 10 minutes someone returned the call. Within an hour of the phone call someone was here to fix it. They were very professional, informative and very reasonably priced! I'm so happy I took the chance. Called hide and plumbing to come out to retrieve a snake that was busted off in the drain by another Company Said they were gonna camera the drains so they wouldn't break their snake off and there they broke off 60' of retriever cable of retriever cable snake with a cutter On And I asked them what they were gonna do about it and they said what it is is what it is very professional had to have a dug up Had their cable removed Gave them $500 they told me the bill was going to be 800 they've charged me 1100 and now I wanna put a lean on my property I asked the people to call me it took them quite some time to get back to me they told me that the plumbing line ran out to the other road which was wrong Didn't even know where the pipe ran very professional So I guess what it is is what it is wouldn't wouldn't use them for anything and and wouldn't recommend them
