Bryan Faust took my call, gave me guidance on getting my own disposal vs. using one of his, had someone out the next day to install it, replace a P-Trap, and snake my drain. All is in fine working order now! Plus they gave us some guidance on a future bathroom remodel. Bill was emailed, fair, and easy to pay quickly online. Now our plumber for life!

Very, very impressed with Plugged Pipes, LLC. After getting the runaround with a few other plumbers, we found Mike and we couldn't have had a better experience. He kept things extremely clean and he and his staff were very respectful. He figured out our problem immediately and got the job done in the most timely manner. His equipment is top notch and he's extremely knowledgeable and honest. We have found our life long plumber!

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

They do professional work and like animals. They replaced traps, installed shower heads and faucets in old house , and replaced our old concrete laundry sink.

I have my house up for sale and the new buyer wants 2 issues fixed as part of the sale. So I called ac plumbing. I told them what needed to be fixed. The man I talked to said not a problem I can fix that up for you. Send me a text with all the info. So I did 5 days later I am still waiting for a call back from his company to schedule a time and an appointment. I will never hire them for plumbing needs.
