Best HVAC System Repair in Milwaukee WI

Great experiance with Plumbing and HVAC installation. Any problem.or question they were quick to answer on the phone and even stop back at the property. Highly recommend and I would not hesitate to contract with them in the future.

We’ve had work done by Hartlaub a few times. The service is well done but the customer service not so much. Trying to call into the office and ask question you will be constantly interrupted and made to feel stupid. I think we’ll go elsewhere for future service.
Update - we recently had them maintain our furnace and a/c as a part of a maintenance package we had previously purchased. Somehow one of the propellers on our air conditioner is bent. The tech also never even came back into our house after we signed to have him treat the drain pan. He said he needed to run out to his truck and never came back in the house.

Quick response, immediate service. I had some things to get taken care of as part of a home inspection for selling my condo, and he took care of all issues the same day and was thorough with paperwork to ensure no issues during closing.

Did a good job locating and repairing problem at hand. Was clean and professional.

I have had this company come out for the last 2 or 3 years to service my AC unit. Last year (2020) I paid Action $1142.28 total (2 visits 6 weeks apart) and I'm still having the same problem of no AC. The first time the system was out of freon, they charged it, checked the connections, blew in nitrogen, found a small leak, and put in easy seal. That lasted barely 6 weeks and they had to come out again. The second time they did the same thing, stayed a little longer, took out all the freon, blew nitrogen, said it was a leak again, cleaned out my entire unit, added freon, and it was good for the remainder of the summer (1 month). I haven't had the AC on since then and last Friday I turned it on and it blew out warm air. I feel like whatever they did during those 2 visits was absolutely useless and I paid almost the 1/3 the amount of a complete new unit. My unit is only like 8 years old. Every time they come I have to pay a trip charge and it's a temporary fix.

Coming from a 18 wheeler. I feel they get more straight truck traffic... just going off their setup! It took them about 20 minutes to get 3 pieces off the trl..

My husband and I are both in Real Estate, Lending and restaurants and when we need reliable and professional help they are our go to! Great company wither it's an emergency, which is 24 hours a day or installation call they're great!

Words cannot describe the professionalism, attention to details, and responsiveness IcyHot founder Hector gave to us! We were referred to him by a friend as the big box HVAC companies were unresponsive to our lack of heat. Hector answered us immediately, came out to our house within an hour for a quote for a new boiler, and installed the next day!!! He would not leave our house on day of install until we had fully function heat. Words cannot describe the amount of faith and hope we put into Hector and his crew to come to our rescue as our home was without heat and 55 degrees (of note the big box company had over a week and did not even provide us with an install date....so yes! we were without any head for over a week until Hector came to us!). The next day he and his crew installed our new boiler, ensured everything was fully functional prior to leaving, even went above and beyond to clean out our 1906 pipes/plumbing which is above and beyond the quote (and didn't charge us extra!!!!). This is the first time in 15 years of using a big box company that we actually have equal heat on our second story which mirrors our first story! Again....words on this review cannot describe our extreme joy and warmth with Hector's professionalism, responsiveness, and HVAC expertise on what our unique 1906 plumbing needed to guarantee us heat and peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend to all!!!!!

Jason installed our power vent water heater today. He came on time, with a smile on his face and ready to work! He was very kind, very personable, and knew exactly what he was doing. My daughters and I felt very comfortable having him working in our home; we have waited a year and a half to get this project completed! 5 *****s!!!!!

We chose Seiider heating and plumbing to do this job because last year they installed a mini split on our second floor, and we are so grateful we used them for that project. So it was obvious we would call Seider back for this job. We highly recommend this company, I suggest you ask for Jason if you need this type of work completed professionally and perfectly!
