I had a partial bathroom renovation. Don came by first to evaluate and make recommendations. What I really appreciated from him was his expertise and recognition of my desire to keep things as simple as possible (knowing that nothing is ever truly simple in any renovation). He understood what I wanted and provided a good quote with all the details. I met with the designer and picked out tile, fixtures etc. She also helped me with picking out paint even though I was doing the painting myself. Then came the big part - demo. There was an unexpected air vent to work around and everyone was really responsive in figuring out the best way to get my bathroom done without adding a lot of cost, time and still meeting my goals. I was really impressed with this and the way the team worked together. Also, a small note but important, they really cleaned up after themselves every day. Very meticulous. It is now 2 months later and I am very happy with the process and the outcome. In short, excellent work, excellent people, excellent company! Highly recommend.

I have worked here for 3 years and it is truly an amazing place. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The pipe and plumbing fabrication shops are exceptional, and the sheet metal shop is superb. Oh! Don't me get started on the shop warehouse. The shop manager is hands down one of the kindest, chrasmatic, professional, hardworking people I have had the pleasure of having him into my existence. Too darn bad the scale stops at 5! It should be infinity because the longer you are there the better the experience gets. Thank you JMBrennan, you have brought a new light into my life.

I utilized again the Milestone Plumbing for a rental property. The company was able to do the repair the next day and were again totally ethical, professional, polite and economical. This is a trustworthy company with skilled and ethical employees. I was able to pick up the key from the office and the office staff was likewise respectful, helpful and friendly. Awesome company!

I wanted to add another review. I utilized the same Milestone Plumbing company again and was amazed. They came same day ( I called at 7:30 am and the service person was in by 10 am and out by 11:30am). This company is honest and tries to do things economically for the customer. They were highly ethical. Every of the 4 repairs I have called on them for has held up. This is the kind of company that makes me proud to call Milwaukee my home. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance for a kitchen install of plumbing. They forgot to book the appointment, and when I called the day before to confirm they were coming, the only thing they could offer me was a week away. That is not how a professional business is run.

My water heater went down and I couldn't get the pilot to stay lit. Bradley came out and did an assessment and pointed out a possible cause but also pointed out a health hazard. He recommended a fix that would take care of both. But when the water heater still didn't come on he came back out the same day to help. He went way above and beyond to help a customer. These guys are going on my call list for anymore problems I have and if anyone asks for a recommendation.
