Water heater was leaking heavily. Of course it was a Saturday. Called for emergency replacement. Was given the repairman’s name and approximate time of arrival. All work completed and work area all cleaned up. I could not have been happier.

If you're looking for a toilet tank cover start here! All i had to do was bring a cardboard cutout of the top of the tank and Tims plumbing was able to provide me the unique cover Ive been failing to find elsewhere! Kleenex box is very happy now.

I just called this company to ask if someone could come out and look at some plumbing issues we are having with an older home that we just bought. The lady I talked to said that they couldn't come out to look at the plumbing and provide us with any kind of an estimate. They would just have to show up and do the work. What?!! You can't provide potential customers with an estimate to see if they can even afford the work? I've dealt with many other contractors in the past and this sounds shady to me. Sorry, I'm not asking you to come do the work without even having an idea of what you're going to charge for it! I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
