Dickenschrauf plumbing saved us this am and was so courteous, professional, and quick. We have a problem toilet which Jack the tech helped me understand old pipes with new toilets can be troublesome because of the amount of water in new toilet flushing. Makes sense to me and he fixed our problem today and told me the plan for upgrading permanently to not have this problem again. He showed up on time, wore his mask the entire time, took his shoes off without asking, and was friendly and explanatory all on an early Saturday morning! Couldn’t ask for more thanks Jack and Dickenschrauf!!

Needed basement wash drain repaired because metal drain had corroded away. Asked for plastic drain and new washers put in dripping faucet. Mike the plumber told me couldn't be done. Needed new faucet and metal drain. Did repair myself with sink manufacture parts for $40. Had to pay $110 to Alpine for worthless trip charge.

Needed help with a clogged drain and issues with our water system. Borth-Wilson came right out, cleared my drain and sourced the issues with our water system quickly. So pleased with the help received and look forward to working with them on our remodeling projects.

I can't say enough great things about Doug! He was so responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend Doug and his company. Our water heater was toast!! We went through our Home Warranty, which generally results in annoying service. Not this time!! It was a pleasure working with Doug. He and his coworker did an amazing job. We literally can't say enough positive things. Thanks, Doug!!

Had a great experience with Peter, Erik, and the entire Hagen team. Communication was great from the first call to the service visit. Peter was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He also did a great job cleaning up after he was done. Would strongly recommend to friends and family. They will be getting any plumbing business that I may have in the future. This company is absolutely terrible. I have problems with my hot water heater. The pilot light wont stay lit so i have no hot water. The landlord came over and tried to fix it for me the other day, we thought it was actually fixed, but my landlord informed me that he was leaving the country for 2 weeks and would be unreachable. He said if the heater remains giving me problems i should call action heating, cooling, and plumbing bcos they have their sticker on the unit meaning they r always the ones he calls for service. The unhelpful receptionist at Action told me that my landlord would have to call them because its his property and he would be responsible for payment. I explained to her that no I was going to pay for it and he would reimburse me later and that he told me to call you if i continued to have problems with the hot water. The receptionist didnt care about these facts and was unmoved by my story. So when i tried to clarify what she was telling me i said so bcos my landlord is gone for 2 weeks and unreachable i cant get my hot water turned back on bcos of some policy you supposedly have?? Her response was yes and she continued to babble nonsense as i hung up in frustration. What a bunch of idiots. Im sitting here at home looking at my $5,000 cash in disbelief. Like i have money and im gonna pay u cash on arrival whether its a 4500 dollar replacement of the water heater or a 1 dollar replacement of a part of the water heater......So whats the problem? Apparently this company no longer wants our business or our money. And they have no compassion for a.customer in need, for a man without hot water......Way to do business guys...bravo

I had used Dr plumber a few years ago to do the plumbing part of a remodeling job at my home. He did a good job and he was the first person I thought of when I needed some plumbing work done last week. What a mistake that was! I highly recommended Dr plumber to my mitigation contractor who called to make an appointment to have him scope out the drainage pipe in my basement to make sure there was nothing that could cause a blockage, flooding and sewage back up, especially twice within a 7.5mo. period this year. Dr. Plumber agreed to come out between 10-11am on Wednesday, 12.2.20. My contractor called and left him 3 voicemails to make sure he was still coming out. None of those voicemails was ever returned. Dr. Plumber always answers his phone otherwise. I also called him. He told me he would let me know when he would be there and not at the appointed time either. He said this in a very snotty tone of voice because he never had any intention of keeping this appointment. I was embarrassed that I ever mentioned Dr plumbers name to my contractor and have since removed his name from my contact list. My contractor wanted to use him as a contact for other customers who may have plumbing needs in the future but he said not anymore. By the way, a real plumber came out today and did a great job.
