They need to double check there work before they leave to make sure what they were hired for is fixed, and that it is working before they leave. This was not done, and I would never recommend this company. Terrible experience. I was not impressed at all... Poor!! One star is to many.

John Jacobs is a good qualified service provider. Before I called Express Plumbing, I was scammed by a well know service guy in the city of Milwaukee. John told me the truth, upfront about cost and really helped me, he even knew the guy who ran the scam on me. I will trust this company with all my plumbing needs going forward. Easy to work with from initial call through completion of a leaking pressure balancing valve. Seeing them place boot covers when entering my home without being asked was nice to see too.

Charged me $270 to clean out some drains. Was here less than an hour, no parts needed. This did not solve the problem. Seemed to me he just did something so he could charge me. Won't use again.
