JIM was my technician and he was fantastic. He explained everything so I could understand and made sure that before he left that I was satisfied with his work. I even had an issue with water pressure in my kitchen sink and it only took him 2 minutes to fix it! Nice job Jim and Hartlaub for hiring such respectful workers. Definitely recommend and will he going to them for any future work.

This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.

He did a GREAT job! He cleaned out the lines quickly and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable, especially for a Saturday morning call. It was a snowy day and there was very little mess when he left. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Goes by milwaukee plumbing services for billing purposes. Will charge you at least $80 to walk in the door and claims all non-desperate plumbers do the same. That is a lie. Will then tell you not to purchase any replacement parts so they can get you a warranty. That is just to upcharge you. Finally, got a second quote that was nearly half the price. Look elsewhere.

Each week, we received a schedule for the coming week’s work, and they were true to their word throughout. In addition to adhering to the schedule, they also stuck to the budget. Was used because he is authorized tech for state water heaters. He was disinterested in the job from the beginning. Instead of being concerned that I had hot water he slapped a part in. Didn’t reset the unit. And said I don’t know if that will fix it. You might need a thermostat or just a new unit. Then left without insuring that he did his best for a client. Right there was the key phrase. New unit. He refused to honor his work and was more concerned with whining about doing work for state than seeing a client satisfied. If you want someone concerned about money over job. He’s your guy.
