Best Sewer Pipe in Milwaukee WI

They broke my sewer line when they were digging to replace my water line and charged me $1200 to fix it.

Our sons engineering minds decided to investigate our kitchen faucet instead of reading a book as we had asked. They took apart the faucet head and both the collar and feeder hose dropped into the hardware casing. The collar wedged in and we had to replace the faucet. We called Reupert Plumbing just after their 8am open and they were here within an hour in the middle of a snowstorm! The nut on the sink bolt was rusted on and had to be drilled through in order to release the old hardware. I ran to Home Depot as quickly as I could to get a new faucet and they promptly completed the work in about 90 minutes. Two-thumbs up for this responsive, local, family-owned business since 1945.

Great service still exists, very quick and personable service. He even wiped he stairs down when finished.

Thorough. Inexpensive. Responsive. Clean. I call plugged pipes every time I have any plumbing issue - from clogged sink/disposal not working to basement laundry tub. They respond quickly and get the job done. I am very happy with their service and price.

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

Erik was here in less than an hour, but even if he wasn't I'd still give this a 5-star review. Showed me what the issue was, how to monitor it, and how to prevent it. Knew his stuff and was a professional.

I've been a Knauer customer for over thirty years, and have always found them to be courteous, prompt, cost-competitive, and efficient. I've had my furnace, water heater and airconditioning installed and serviced with Knauer and have always had an excellent experience. It's nice having familiar service people and staff to talk to about my issues. They always know who I am and treat me like I matter.

My condo board has requested Heiden come out and repair hose bibbs. They leak into unit ground floor closets which causes a real mess. We have been trying to get them to correct work they have done, they are really dragging their feet. We have a warrentee on work they did for our condo. We cannot turn on our outside water until Heiden fixes problem.

Easy to work with from initial call through completion of a leaking pressure balancing valve. Seeing them place boot covers when entering my home without being asked was nice to see too.

Expensive but they got the job done. I had spent the cost of several plumbing clean outs to no avail. Should've went to Roto Rooter first

PLEASE READ!! It is now 4 weeks and 2 water heaters later and still not working! Paul (PJ's Plumping) DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! I think he bought these water heaters from a back ally. He had Rheem repair person come out to find out later that that company only check water heaters that were bought through them. Neither heater were bought from this company. Also I was told by Rheem that PJs Plumbing DOES NOT WARRANT LABOR i.e. electrician if needed. I needed it twice. You would have to pay that yourself. Paul got free labor when he should have paid. Shady if you ask me. The repair person was very nice! I still do not have the hottest water going to shower. I live in a small condo. I did not have this issue with my old hot water heater (A.O.Smith). Temperature is set at 120 degrees and should produce serious burns if running on skin for more than 5 min (This is taken from manual). I take an entire show on the hottest setting. He wanted to pay off to take down the review, well ½ for my trouble with Dan at the beginning and other half when I take down the review or retract it. Now he says he is going to get the first ½ payment back from my bank. BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE!

WORSET EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I chose PJ's Plumbing because of it's high rating but wish I would have researched more.They installed my new water heater but didn't stick around to see if water got hot. The next morning I wake up with NO HOT WATER! A guy came out to find out the breaker was tripped. He also didn't stick around to see if heater was heating and told me to call him if it trips again. Not 3 min later breaker tripped again. I called PJ's plumbing again and they told me I need to get an electrician out here and that they NEVER had a faulty water heater and there must be something wrong with my breaker. I told them I didn't have this problem with my old heater. I got an electrician out to my home and tested everything to find that the heaters 2 elements were running at the same time. They wouldn't come out and replace it on the weekend. I had to wait the entire weekend then an extra day because they wouldn't have someone come out to close to closing on Monday. The girl asked if they could come out at 7 am and I said no 8 am. Well Dan shows up at 7:15 am (still sleeping). I take meds to sleep and have a hard time getting up at that hour. Dan insisted it wasn't the heater and that they never had a faulty water heater (bull). He tried to tell me my breaker was not the right one. I told them I didn't have this problem with my old heater and he said things change. REALLY the amps, voltage don't change! All was the same as my old heater. He didn't want to change out my heater. He called an electrician buddy of his and sure enough my breaker was fine and the 2 elemnents would trip the breaker. He had a poor attitude, rushed and again didn't even wait to see if the heater was heating. Pipe was cold when I touched it after he left. His comments when leaving was hope we won't have to hear from you again and Now if it doesn't work it's not the water heater. REALLY!!??

They have developed a culture at their organization that is second to none in the Mechanical Contractor space. Their prices are fair and transparent and the staff does a great job of presenting the appropriate sense of urgency!
