Los contrate por un problema y ahora tengo dos problemas, por que en vez de solucionar lo que hizo fue empeorar el problema, no lo resolvió y se fue diciendo que el no podía hacer ese trabajo!!! Son unos irresponsables no los recomiendo!!//Very bad service !!! I hired them for a problem and now I have two problems, because instead of solving what he did was make the problem worse, he did not solve it and he left saying that he could not do that job! They are irresponsible, I do not recommend them !!

I used Miami Shores for the first time. The services I needed were simple - disconnect and reconnect washer/dryer and dual sink vanity. It was disastrous. The dispatcher was unable to confirm an arrival window. Both times I waited hours. No one seemed to know fees - one charged flat fee, the other by the hour. The technicians were polite but were compromised by the absolute lack of efficiency and professionalism by the company. I was also left with additional problems. Dryer could not be opened due to improper replacement of folding door enclosing it. Now folding door won't close. Leaking under sink after after disconnection causing damage to interior of wood vanity.

Arrived on time and very professional. Explained the work that needed to be done and price was reasonable. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

EXCEPTIONAL service ⭐️ we’ve worked with Mr.Carlos twice , the first time we were having trouble with our shower and toilet he came out told us the issue and fix it next day . Our second interaction was our kitchen sink leakage problem he came saw the issue got right to work and fixed within a few minutes . Very respectable, Amazing work ethic , and most importantly PHENOMENAL customer service . He will be are plumber moving forward ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we thank him and appreciate his great service .
