I had a technician (Miguel #178) come to check out a problem with my bathrooms. He was very courteous, on time and honest about the best way to fix the problem. In addition to providing me with a CD of the film (he used a camera to check my plumbing system), he provided various alternatives as to how best to take care of my problem. Most important, he wasn't selling anything, rather providing objective advice on how to deal with the issue at hand. I had an emergency pipe burst in my bathroom sink with cold water not working upstairs towhome.
I made a call to Danny at this number- which was his direct cell phone. Within 4 hours he arrived correctly diagnosed the problem, assessed the damage with my hose and upstairs pipes/faucet bathroom- changed all necessary parts, to new copper wire and the total job took no more than 45min-1hour labor and assessment total with re-inspection for leakage post fix (a few min water running).

The diagnosis was old pvc pipe w crack and large mineral deposit built up with ruined the pressure and caused internal leak.

I am always skeptical with plumbers and AC repairman but Danny rums a family operated business, arrived with his father and both were very knowledgeable and professional.

The cost to repair, replace valve, hose, and fix faucet was reasonable with 3 new parts (copper hose, valve, and faucet replacement part) used, he waited 10 min to run water after to test and was very professional with the entire job.

Im sure you can find some that may charge a few dollars less, but in my opinion I rather have a certified local plumber that is professional honest and has integrity.

Will 100% trust and rely on Main Pluming services for all future issues- definitely better than others i have used in past!!!!!!

Was referred to Jason by a friend for plumbing needs, answered us right away, got us scheduled for a visit, communicated w us when he was on the way. He verbalized everything ahead of time, walked me through the process of the fix. He was great! Awesome experience and would def recommend again and again!

Absolutely terrible company. Sent various emails and spoke to Erica C. on the phone 1 week prior to arranging the appointment, to make sure the plumber can install the toilet and arrives precisely on time, because the building allows only a small window for the water-shut-off. I made that very clear. She said the plumber might take another job first but promised me that whatever happens, he'll be here at 10:30am at the latest and worst case she'll pull him out to make sure he arrives on time. The plumber NEVER arrived. After asking repeatedly what the issue is, Erica told us first that he had to take an emergency call after he was done with the first job and eventually she revised the story to he's still stuck with the original job. Asking her to pull him out (as she promised) she snapped back that this isn't an office job and there's nothing she can do for me anymore. In the end nobody came, and there was zero remorse from their side. Next water-shut-off is in a month from now, so we're stuck with the current situation for a while. Thank you very much Island Plumbing, you showed very clearly that you don't care about your customers. Luckily the building management agrees that this is unacceptable behavior and as a consequence we have removed them from all future work in our building (and I will make sure this stays in effect).

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
