I have just had the best 'plumbing experience' in my entire life!

I called 24 Hour Rooter Services  and they scheduled an appointment for me the next day. A sweet, skilled, adorable young plumber, Oscar arrived, explained the situation to me, gave me choices. He then FIXED IT with some parts I had found... and he did not charge me.

He said they are a neighborhood service and are very understanding of situations like mine. This time it was not major surgery!  I still cannot believe this. As a 50-year resident on the coral gable, I have never experienced such generosity, professionalism and patience with a situation like this in my entire life.

What an easy and efficient experience. David was very professional in coordinating with myself and my out of state landlord to repair my toilet quickly. He had shoe covers and a mask the entire repair. He also tweaked part of the toilet to flush more effectively without me even saying anything. 10/10 would use them again in the future and recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

My drain system has been clogged frequently and I have been using some others plumbers to fix this issue temporarily using drain cleaning machines and i have been spending a lot of money because the cause of the problem has not been fixed yet until now, i am glad to have found Laredo Plumbing Inc on a Google search, Juan came to my house and first cleared the drain and latter used the drain inspection camera and found the problem on the sewer pipe connection with the city sewer which result in a Cast iron pipe broken and with tree root. He give me a very reasonable price to fix the problem based on what he found and I agree to proceed, he was able to make the repair the same day. Thank you very much Juan i can't be more happy with you honesty, knowledge and professionalism and I truly recommend you to any person tired of been ripped off by others who call themselves PLUMBERS.
