Recently I had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling, I called two plumbers and they couldn’t find it! I called Dade County Leak detection and they found the leak in minutes and cleaned up all the water damage! I would definitely use them again!

I had a service to change a faucet and valve in my kitchen sink due to a leak. The service gentleman was very courteous, knowledgeable, and provided explanations for the service. But the prices are super steep. For that reason I will not use them again.

The first plumber never found the problem, but charged me for the work. The second plumber did the work properly -- he identified the issue and resolved it. It was quite pricey, but the problem was solved.

After failing to find an available plumber from recommendations I had received, I used several sites through Google and located Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I was connected almost immediately to Abraham, whose confidence and expertise assured me that I had made a good choice for replacement of my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. He answered my questions so that I could select the proper equipment and we arranged an appointment for later in the week. On the day of service I was contacted 30 minutes prior to the appointment time and Abraham showed up as scheduled. He was able to explain the entire process and even with a few glitches that come from a 40 year old faucet set up, was able to expertly complete the job in under an hour. I was particularly pleased that he cleaned up the work area and made sure everything the new faucet and disposal worked to my satisfaction.
I am very satisfied with my experience and with the professional and friendly attitude of Abraham. I will be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again for other services and I hope others will too.

Update: My 40+ year old plumbing keeps throwing curveballs and my plumber, Abraham, keeps knocking them out of the park!

Exelent job at fixing my bathroom likeage

I came home this evening to my toilets and bathtubs overflowing with sewage. Yuck. Had a tough time finding an emergency plumber to handle this mess immediately as it is St. Patty's day AND a sunday night. Jim arrived withing 45 minutes of my phone call - identified the issue - and went to work quick. Within 20 minutes all toilets and tubs were draining normally and the sewage catastrophe receded. Jim's got a lifetime of experience in the plumbing industry and really helped me out in a pinch. Definitely recommend this company for emergency plumbing.

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
