Amazing service by Bryan Ruano. He was extremely patient , efficient, and honest. He assisted our optical with a leaking issue in our sink in less than 30 minutes full replacement! I would highly recommend.

Steve is a talented plumber. He's very smart about plumbing matters. I had a rocky start with him on a leak detection job and I flew off the handle but we talked it through and he ended up coming through with flying colors on the job. He gets 5 stars for his efficiency and quality of work.

It was time for a new water heater and I was very fortunate to find RCR Plumbing from my first contact with Roman I knew I had found the plumbing company I needed. In this world there are buisness owners and then there are buisness owners that take pride in what they do, Roman takes pride in every step of the job from supervising his staff to make sure everything is done to perfection all the way down to make sure the job is done in a neat and clean manner. Terrible service. Had me send them many pictures instead of this business coming in person. I had no hot water and in two days I could not get a quote. Imagine what their service is like for maintenance- my guess non-existent. Find another plumber.

When my water heater broke, it took out my electricity as well, and I had a big mess on my hands. The building initially refused to fix the electric problem, but Steven assured me that they were in the wrong and by law, needed to remedy the situation. He was extremely compassionate of my situation and demonstrated genuine care and humanity when it came to me, even before becoming a customer. Would highly recommend!

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
