My next call will be to the BBB! These people are predatory and that is an understatement!! Beware and do your homework, before agreeing to ANYTHING they quote! Was quoted $750 to do what ended up costing $120. What a JOKE! Thank goodness I knew the scope of work ahead of time. Crooks!!!

We called Main Plumbing for help with a clogged sink in Christms Eve. Not only did they respond quickly, they were professional, courteous, efficient and friendly, and they spoke English as well as Spanish. They fixed our sink and helped solve a few other plumbing issues while they were here. I would definitely recommend them.

Had an issue with our gas water heater. A technician gave us a visit early October to investigate the issue, spent a few hours and was able to identify the root cause. Asked us to wait a few days for a quote, but didn't send it until 2 weeks after (October 18). Has been calling the office to schedule a repair appointment since (more than 45 days), and every time they promise a callback that never happens. Decided to use their service based on Google reviews, and never expected the frustration!

I Called the guys from Care Plumbing Services due to a main line stoppage late Saturday afternoon. I had family that came over the weekend so I couldn't afford having clogged bathrooms. Kiko from Care Plumbing showed up within an hour of calling him; He was able to resolve the issue within an hour. He was very professional, polite and explained everything he needed to do.

We had a septic tank cleaned and got an invoice amount of 375.00 the owner charged an extra 15$ for the card with out telling us that and when i called he yelled at telling me that he charged that because of the debit card so i asked him why was it not in the invoice or we were told that we are gonna be charged that ? The invoice clearly says 375.00
He said i should charge 600.00 not only 390.00 i told him that what ever he wants to charge has to be told and agreed before and that would be fine ,but changing the charge after because we used a card is not the right thing to do he threatened and shouted something and gang up the phone
