We called Roto Rooter for a sewage backup issue and were extremely grateful to have Michael #5021 come within an hour to diagnose our issue. Jertrail #369 then arrived as well to run a camera through our pipe. We are so pleased with their professionalism and thorough explanations and potential solutions for our issues. Diosvany kept constant communication with me about details to replace old water heater (that was leaking) with a new one. He answered all my questions and kept working area organized and clean at all times. Cost for his services, purchasing new water heater, and delivery/disposal fees were reasonable. Eddie, Judson and Ray from Coastal Plumbing of Brickell were great! I called Eddie at 8 PM on a Saturday with a broken water heater. To my shock, he answered! He walked me through attempting to fix it myself over the phone. I gave it a shot, but it was beyond my capability. I called him back on Tuesday and he had a guy out on Thursday morning. Judson and Ray showed up and quickly replaced the unit, following EXACTLY the steps Eddie told me on the phone. Now we have hot water.

This was the second time we've had Eddie or his team out, and they were amazing both times. I highly recommend.

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

Look no further, Acosta plumbing was great, dependable, on time, great follow up and great pricing. All great attributes you just don’t find in Miami anymore. A good old fashioned honorable company a rare find in todays environment or anytime for that matter !!
