I have edited this review. I kept the old one (posted below) because I think it shows more about a company when they turn a negative experience into a positive one. In the end of the day no one is perfect and things happen. I had a horrible first experience, but shortly after I posted my review Michael Story, GM, contacted me through his personal cell. He asked me to go over what had happened and came up with a solution to fix everything from cleaning to making sure my plumbing issue was 100% fixed. He followed through on all his promises and followed up with me after each and every step. He sent a new technician, also named Michael (#5021) to my house and he was awsome. Thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to answer any questions I had and he triple checked everything. Including rereplacing some pipes and leaving me with a commercial drain cleaner. You could see he truly cared and he apologized for my previous experience. I will request him, as well as recommend him for future plumbing services. This turned from a negative experience to a truly positive one.I had a clogged sink that they fixed after they let 3 gallons of water spill all over my laundry room floor. They attempted to wipe it up, yet left all the water under the washer machine without a care in the world. The pricing was sketchy and when I called to ask them what was supposed to be included in what they coded me for they spoke down to me and would not give me a straight answer. Automatically said I got a discout without knowing what was done. All I wanted to know was what was supposed to be included in the pricing because the serviceman that was sent out barely spoke English. They also sent out a water restoration specialist before they started working on the issue, yet after when I had water seeping into my baseboreds they could careless. Basically said that that was inevitable. Very dispointed and plan on continuing to call to see what work was supposed to be included in the price I was charged for.

had to replace water heater, came next day was a smooth event both technicians answered my questions in a very open and accepting manner , made the whole transition very easy and stress free, will defiantly be using there services again thank you guys

Office bathroom flooded due to a broken pipe leading to the toilet. I called Plumbing Police and they came right over and fixed it. Great work and extremely professional.

They will have my loyalty from now on when I have any problems with plumbing I called him late night today he answered me back I took pictures send it to him he told me what to do any other plumber would tell me a price and I need to change this and probably I would’ve been out of couple hundred dollars this gentleman was professional and he save me money this is how you build customers with honesty Thx you!

If I ever need any plumbing services I definitely have found who to contact. I wouldn’t look elsewhere. Judson was very knowledgeable & patient with the way he explained what the issue was. The cost was so reasonably priced & I’m beyond happy with the way Eddy/Judson attended us. Good business is hard to find nowadays & they run it amazingly.

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

Best Plumbing Service Ever. Always On time, great service and always helpful from leaking toilets to installing shower things. I will never ever call another plumbing service ever.
