Fast, attentive service. All the work was completed exactly on the time schedule and fees we agreed. They paid attention to detail and made sure everything was left clean and in working order. I would highly recommend Brayan and his team.

They were quick to come out and install a disposal I had bought at Sears. $275 fee which was very high for 30 minutes work. I paid by check and I asked for an invoice. Then called for an invoice, then text for an invoice to be sent by e-mail. 5 days later no invoice. Now I come to find that the disposal was installed wrong and my dishwasher which is attached to the disposal won't drain. The plumber forgot to take a cap off the disposal where the dishwasher connects. Expensive, unresponsive, incompetent.

On May 15, 2019 we encountered great difficulty in clearing drains at one of the Air B & B properties. We contacted Roto-Rooter and Fabian # 2689 arrived 45 minutes later. Very professional and courteous. He assessed the situation and decided on a method to attack the clog. The initial attempt failed and a backup method was quickly identified and utilized. He came completely prepared with a contingency plan, It was successful. He worked non-stop under pretty warm conditions here in South Florida. I am extremely pleased with the service provided. It was very important that the repairs be completed in a timely manner. We had guests arriving for a stay early the next day. Terrible experience. I would call a company from outside Key Biscayne if I were you. It will be cheaper (they give you a hourly rate on the phone and then charge extras) amd for sure the service will be better.

I spoke with Steve, the owner under a panic because there was a running water leak under my kitchen sink. Steve was very calm and coached me to find the house main water line and told me how to turn it off. He then said he would come later today to fix it. Lucky for me, a neighbor helped me diagnose the problem and I told steve he did not need to come. However, I was grateful for his help and would call him again due to his professionalism and responsiveness.

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
