On May 2nd, 2020 I called Roto Rooter of Pinecrest to clear-up a branch drain from my kitchen. I was quoted $389.00 for the work and accepted it. The plumber came on time and well protected and started working on the roof vent (I have an almost flat patio roof.). As he could not clear the blocage, he told me that he guaranteed that he could clear out the pipe with high pressure jet but that will cost me $900.00... Surprised by this price, he told me that a camera inspection and recording was included. I agreed and soon after A truck came. Roberto and Humberto went to the roof stack and cleared the pipe up in 20 minutes. Since it was late and did not have the equipment, they told me that they will be back on Monday to do the camera work.Monday May 4. No one came or called. At the end of the day I called Roto Rooter and was told someone will be back to me within half hour.Tuesday May 5. Gave several call to Roto Rooter. Someone will call you back...Wednesday May 6. I received a call from a plumber indicting that he was coming with the camera. He tried to insert the camera through an outside sink drain but could not get the camera in the pipe... He knew that he had to do it from the stack but said he was not allowed to go on the roof (unlike everyone else..) He said he will come back and left me his numberThursday May 7. Called the camera guy. Never responded to my call. Called Roto Rooter and was told they will call me right back...Friday May 8. I called Roto Rooter. 1st time we will called you back within half hour... 2nd time I had a lady for camera dispatch that told me it is the First time she heard about the problem and will talk to the Manager.I am still waiting to hear from the Manager.Edited 5/14/20Finally on Friday May 8th, two plumbers came with a camera and inspected the drain from my kitchen. They found that the cast iron pipes were corroded with some parts collapsed. They were very professional and thorough.My drains need replacements

Terrible!! I hired them to replace a sink basin, change a faucet handle and caulk the sink surface. They were unable to get the basin out but chipped it which they failed to mention (noticed this after they left). The faucet handle was replaced but they did not tighten it to the surface enough so it was very loose. The caulking job was like a 3 year old did it. I spent hours cleaning up their mess. By the way, initial quote they provided after they arrived was ridiculous ($750 for 1-2 hours of work). Do not hire this company -- unprofessional, poor quality, way over priced.

They do not know how to diagnose a problem, changed out a good water heater to then tell me I had to pay almost a thousand more to fix the real issue, cannot recommend.
