I used Roto Rooter to deal with a leaking hose connection. I booked online and received the email confirmation quickly. On the day of service the office called me with a clear arrival time which was within my chosen window and quite accurate.

Luis (Luis 675) was my plumber. He was polite. He respected social distancing and offered me a quote immediately. He kept me informed of what he was doing and what he needed from me. He worked quickly and neatly. When he was finished he showed me what he did and demonstrated. I am very happy with my Roto Rooter service today.

Mike came today. He was easy to talk to. He explained to me all he was going to do. He gave me a very high price. We negotiated. He cleaned up and checked to make sure there were no leaks. He gave tips on how to prevent clogging. He gave me a gallon of preventive pipe shield.And hour after Mike left, Gregory came. Told him the work was all done. He was the field supervisor and came to check the work. Glad to give review here. Could not get on google. Also did FB.Who goes out to make sure the work is done right? I told him the company is pricey but you are worth it. You went far and beyond. It is the greatest experience I have had on repairs even when they did a good job. Thanks.

Nick helped fix our dishwasher after I took it apart to clean the filter and couldn't get it back together. He came right away and was very communicative. He's our go-to plumber from here on out!

Carlos from Zoom Drain did a great job. He explained what would be done in a calm comprehensive manner. He diligently dud the job. The bathtub drain was quickly unclogged. I gave 4 stars because of the overrated price of over $300 to unclog the drain. Whatever the service whether sink, toilet or bathroom tub is priced the same. No service fee but so overpriced.

Made an appointment, never came , never contacted me again

This is the worst of the worst. I took over a property that already had a contract with them and by the year end they charged the building over $25,000 dollars worth of repairs emergency pump and fix to the brand new pump they installed. After one month of installation those pumps has been nightmare, the property never had issues with the old pump and supposedly the city of coral gable refer them to make upgrades which cost the property over $95,000.00 since then it was week after week calling them because the pump would fail and cannot work or the valve would break. Stuff a plumber will do for $1000.00 and they charge $13,000.00 with ridiculous claims they had to hold the sewer line and all. All they are thieves and even have problems with the IRS. We received documents that’s said to not to make payments to them they own over half million of taxes not paying. Any payments own to them should be made to the city.

The supply line on my toilet broke last night and the valve did not care to turn off the water. The bathroom was flooding. I called many places that were 24 hour plumbers and was told they couldn't show until the next day. Called Falcon Plumbing and they said they'd be here in an hour. They got here in 30. Fixed a bunch of problems with this stupid custom toilet the previous homeowner put in this bathroom. Guy was super nice and quick. 100% would recommend again a thousand times.

prices 4 times more expensive than the others, run away from these thieves. never call again.

Responsive and quick. He was very professional and kept in communication at all times. Fixed my kitchen sink issue right away. The pricing was fair and they didn't try to sneak in extra charges. He kept us updated and his job was flawless. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much!

I had a clogged toilet which happens every once in a while. They sent out a service man named Harry ( who never knocked on any door to make us aware that he had arrived). I found him trying to open an abandoned outlet and I told him he had to go on the roof to snake the leak which is what is done every time for years. He refused to get on the roof and proceeded to use the outlet by the street. Though it worked for a day after he left I was forced to call on a Saturday for an emergency as he did not use the correct form. He also charged me for an hour and half and explained he had to drive from Weston to get here (something I was never charged before.) The gentleman that came on Saturday went to the roof and did clear is once again and all is fine now a couple of days later and over $500 this time. I called Eddie. the service manager, and he said out of the $800 he would discount 120 though i wanted to split the difference (over 400 dollars), he refused, but that was because Harry shouldn't have charged me for travel in the first place and probably not letting you know he is there helps with his defense. This was once a fine fair company that we always depended on but will now look for another business in the area. What a shame.
