Extremely happy... Roto Rooter just left my property and I don’t feel ripped off. The plumbers were extremely helpful and made sure everything was done properly. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys are top notch. Very hard to find in Miami!. Nick was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and just an all around nice guy. He helped me find and resolve a leak I had between floors in my 2 story home. This all on a Friday evening, arriving within an hour and a half of my initial call.

I can’t say enough good things about these gentlemen. Highly recommended.

The supply line on my toilet broke last night and the valve did not care to turn off the water. The bathroom was flooding. I called many places that were 24 hour plumbers and was told they couldn't show until the next day. Called Falcon Plumbing and they said they'd be here in an hour. They got here in 30. Fixed a bunch of problems with this stupid custom toilet the previous homeowner put in this bathroom. Guy was super nice and quick. 100% would recommend again a thousand times.

Great service! I had major damage in my home due to a plumbing issue in a bathroom. Saul was able to accomodate to my hectic schedule and arranged for someone to come out during the odd hours of the night not just for a quote but prepared to tackle the job, they left at 1 am and the bill was more than affordable. Douglas Orr Plumbing has resolved quite a few issues in my home. My kids flushed a toy down the toilet, they came out and unclogging it immediately! I called over the weekend and a plumber on call came out right away!

I called Carlos on a Monday to see if he could do a main sewer line camera inspection for a house I am looking into buying. He was very professional and willing to accommodate us on short notice and was able to come out today and do it. Carlos and his assistant Oscar were very helpful and friendly from the get go. They were very knowledgeable and explained to us in great detail what they had found. They got in and got the job done quickly and did not try to up sell us on anything that they had found and only gave us an estimate on the important issues we had asked them to look at. I am glad that I had decided to go with Carlos and SoCal Plumbing. I will definitely be giving them my business from now on!
