I was very pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work performed by Nick. He fixed what was needed and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary work or upgrades. The price charged was a good value. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. And P.S., don't be concerned by the small number of reviews. He ahs 30 years of experience with over 500 very satisfied customers in California. When he moved to Florida, he could no port those reviews to his new business here.

Matthew was exceptional, he was sent out the next day to give me a quote. I ordered my new kitchen sink and he installed it several days later. Not an easy task as it was cast iron, my sink arrived damaged but I needed it installed due to a dinner party. He went out of his way to make it happen for me! Thank you Matt!

Said it would be $250 for the first hour for a weekend service call. Normally that would have been high, but, on the weekend I agreed. When presented with the bill for 1 hour's work, it was $295. I asked why the extra amount and the guy said the hourly rate starts from when he arrives and ends when he finishes writing the bill. So, I was charged a full extra half hour because it took him ten minutes to write the invoice and he said he was there for an hour and ten minutes.

I will not be using their services again.
