Best Plumbing Inspections in Miami FL

Recently I had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling, I called two plumbers and they couldn’t find it! I called Dade County Leak detection and they found the leak in minutes and cleaned up all the water damage! I would definitely use them again!

When we signed the contract for our new roof they told me that once started they would be done in 8 days give or take a few for inspections, well after 6 days we were passing final inspection and we had a brand new roof. All the neighbors are asking about the new beautiful roof. And it was all thanks to Ayala contractors Group and their great and efficient crew.

Called me instantly before I finished my 'quote request' on Angi. Confirmed that they had the expertise to work on my electric heater model and showed up the next day. Two people already in the house surprised with we cannot touch the unit before you commit to pay $200. I explained that this is not what I was told on the phone (it was a free repair estimate). Nonetheless, they agree to troubleshoot the unit. All they did was reset it and the unit worked. I said I was going to pay the company $100 for the trouble. After 1 hour the unit failed and called them again to re-schedule another visit. This is when they stopped responding to my calls and emails. When they finally returned my call, they told me they would be coming around noon the next day. That never happened. Not only that, on the phone, they told me they would only come back if I was to replace the entire unit for a brand they carried. Moreover, they said the $100 was a tip and they were not going to refund it. Anyway, beware of plumbing companies like this who claim to know what they are doing, but they are only after the high ticket repairs of replacements. Very disappointed!

This is the worst company that you can call. I called them to request a repair of my kitchen sink and I ask them how much more of less that repair would cost me. They told me that they would need to be on my house to inspect the problem and then give me an estimate. They charge for that $75.00 and if you dont want the job done you have to pay that amount. Well, they came and told me that the repair wold cost me $450!!! Just for fix the kitchen drain!! I asked the guy why that price and he told me that they usually charge that amount for that kind of work(you can see that first they told me that they have to be in the house). With this metod, they assure their $75 charge and then they can charge wherever they want. This kind of job only cost around $150.00 and now I will have to call another plumber to fix the clogged kitchen drain. If you dont want to feel betrayed, never call this company!

Great company i had a leak on top of ny dishwasher all the plubming company want to charge betwen 275and 400 to cone and check my plumbing problem i call 24hour rooter services he came right allway in the next hour diagnose the problem he only ending charging me only for the fix and part of my leak am super happy oscar thank you for be so helpfull and knolege about what you doing thank.

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
