Changing a simple valve cost me $500, expensive company for sure, not will do business there ever again

Spent $390 for a leak test in 8/2021 that yielded no results and no follwow up from the plumbers.

I had to then spend $375 on ANOTHER plumber who was professional and found my leak issue.

Great Customer Service!!! Any issues that you have you can contact the owner Kenny he is very kind and understanding. He helped me and adjusted my bill. Plumbers are great too and clean up after work is done! Definitely recommend this company . I have been using them for over 10 years now.

Terrible customer service. Claim they will not help or work with us because we haven’t used them in the past. What a way to attract new customers, terrible company. Be careful!
