Best Plumbing Emergency in Miami FL

Recently I had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling, I called two plumbers and they couldn’t find it! I called Dade County Leak detection and they found the leak in minutes and cleaned up all the water damage! I would definitely use them again!

Sam has taken care of any issues I have had with plumbing for the past 3 decades at least. He has always come over very quickly, has very fair prices, a wonderful attitude, and his work is professionally done with perfect results.

This weekend I had a major plumbing issue in my home. Due to many circumstances out of our control, we had several family members staying with us who would have hot water.

We called Top-Choice plumbing and were immediately impressed. They were fast to response and resolved the issue in less then 24 hours. Not only did the team complete the work fast, they did it on a WEEKEND!

Since then, I have had a few follow up questions. Paul, the company owner, responded promptly each time. He is extremely reliable! Paul gave instructions that were easy to follow and did not make me feel intimidated in anyway for being female (unfortunately, we all know this can happen).

Most importantly, he quoted a reasonable price based on the diagnosis of my problem. Not to mention, the diagnosis was done in person, late on Friday night. The quality of work was stellar and Paul did not try to “bait and switch” or up-charge in anyway.

Paul sincerely understood the gravity of our family emergency and was sensitive to this. He has since followed up to see how things are going with the family.

When my water heater broke, it took out my electricity as well, and I had a big mess on my hands. The building initially refused to fix the electric problem, but Steven assured me that they were in the wrong and by law, needed to remedy the situation. I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
