Douglas Orr Plumbing... 6 months, 6 plumbers, many, many phone calls, to fix a leak in the toilet and the part that needed to be changed has still not been changed. They say they can come again but we will have to pay (again) because the warranty has expired. Apparently, the warranty expires even though they never fixed the problem in the first place. That's not how a warranty works.
Do yourself a favor and do not use their services.

Home Pros responded promptly, quickly scheduled to come out and the technician got there exactly on time and efficiently brought the water heater installation up to code. They replaced tubing to copper and replaced a valve. I was super happy with their service and would recommend them to everyone! Five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ stars! What more could I ask?
