We had a drain backup in my property Thursday night. I called main plumbing service of Miami that evening and they came out and provide excellent service. I was given a quote and the technician did not leave until he was certain that the issue was resolved. I was grateful for the extra care taken in ensuring the work was completed properly and was impressed with the service provided and I would not hesitate to call them again. Highly recommended thanks!!!

Jorge is the best. His estimate was way under the others, he was prompt and professional at all times. He found the leak under the slab very quickly, and he dug the smallest possible hole to complete the repair. This will be my goto plumber for everything from now on.

My home was built in 1946 and the original cast iron pipes, both the water and sewer lines required replacement. I also decided that it was time to do a bathroom renovation to modernize the space.

I am always very weary and reluctant to start such large projects in Miami without doing my due diligence and research.

I completed the necessary research in May of 2021 and following receipt of three (3) bids, I decided to go with Hernandez Plumbing based off information obtained from the Better Business Bureau (A+ rating), long history in the industry, on-line reviews and from their on-site visit to my home.

My point of contact from start to finish of the project was an incredible guy, Mr. Marlon Merlo. Marlon and his team were 100% always on time, 100% professional and did an amazing job. When I say that they treated my home as if it was their own, they truly did. And the craftsmanship of the bathroom renovation speaks for itself. I decided to go with glass tile which is not so easy to install. Luckily for me, Hernandez Plumbing has a true artist in their tile guy. His work speaks for itself - please see attached pics.

The required permits were pulled and closed successfully without any issues. The end result speaks for itself.

Recommended AAA Pro Plumbing to a really good friend that faced a pretty unfortunate septic tank issue and backup. Not only were they professional, affordable and knowledgeable but they were extremely efficient. It's hard to find reliable plumbers but they are definitely the best around.

Super fast response and even faster clearing of plumbing issue

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this extremely dishonest company! Their reps do not bother to listen to your issue thoroughly during the initial call but instead simply want to ask for your credit card information to charge you $160! Stay away stay away stay away! Many other reputable companies out there that will give you their HONEST prices from the beginning and actually explain to you what is being charged!!

I explained to them over the phone that my water heater was having issues and would cut off causing the hot water to stop running hot and display a code 13 error! I explained I had a video that I could send them, but instead they advised they would need to send someone out and it would be $160 for the first hour and $120 thereafter because the tech would need to do a checklist of items to try and locate the issue! I said OK let’s go ahead and schedule the appointment. They proceeded to ask me for my credit card and said it was to make sure I kept the appointment!

Day of the appointment the tech came out and was here for a total of 10 minutes (they are saying his GPS advised 30 minutes which was absolutely not true maybe he was outside for 20 minute but not in my home). The tech comes inside leans against my washer and tells me to show him what the issue is. Unfortunately I could not get the water heater to display the issue and stop working right away but the tech did not allow more then 10 minutes before he said welp, if you can’t get it to work there’s nothing I can do. Honestly all I am going to do is see what error code it’s displaying call the manufacturer advise them of the error code order the part and then come back.” He then states, “HONESTLY YOU CAN DO THIS YOURSELF YOU DONT NEED ME FOR THAT, NOT SURE WHY IM HERE. Once you get the part call us back and we will come back out.” He then proceeds to leave and 24 hours later I have $160 charge? Ridiculous!!! I told the initial call rep exactly what was happening but instead of her actively listening she wanted to jump on the opportunity to charge my card!

I called to explain my concern and was treated with attitude and unprofessionalism! They would not allow me to even speak! I advised them to kindly go F*** themselves and I would simply dispute it with my credit card! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

They never advised me the $160 was a service call charge! What was the point of sending a tech out if all he was going to do is call the manufacturer and order a part? So they wanted to charge me $160 and then when the part comes another $160? He did not check anything, absolutely nothing just simply waited by the water heater to see what error code it would display and when 10 minutes passed and it continued to work he left….if I had an hour why didn’t he wait the remaining 50 minutes? Dishonest business practices, terrible company!!!

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.

I never going to use their service again. I’ll not recommend this
