Best Leak Detection in Miami FL

Recently I had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling, I called two plumbers and they couldn’t find it! I called Dade County Leak detection and they found the leak in minutes and cleaned up all the water damage! I would definitely use them again!

Excellent job by Landon and the entire Dick Rosher Plumbing team. Special thanks to Landon's father, Steve for being very fair as well as expeditious. Landon found the source of my sewer gas problem with a sewer gas detection device when 3 plumbers beforehand couldn't. He was also able to show me the roots that were causing the problem on video taken with his sewer camera after the gas leak detection. they did a terrific repair and gave us a report and copy of the video that is being used to support my insurance claim. Good, skilled, a little above average pricing but WELL worth it. This father and son team is on point. Absolutely recommend.

Jorge García, Technician #3098, was SUPER FAST, Responsive, on a TROPICAL STORM NIGHT no less, with 30 mph winds! He was extremely careful, and diligent, finding and fixing another problem while he was at it. Highly recommended.

Nick was working at a neighbors house and I reached out asking him if he was available to fit a new garbage disposal unit in our kitchen. In just a few minutes he had diagnosed the fault and fixed the unit all at no fee and saving us the cost of buying a replacement unit. Thank you Nick - highly recommended, polite, professional and knowledgeable

Pretty disappointed with Island Plumbing. Called several plumbing companies as I had an issue with my septic tank pump. I asked every company up front if they charge a fee to come out and provide an estimate. I only selected companies that did not charge to provide an estimate. Upon arrival, I spoke to the plumber and asked that he gain approval or provide an estimate to me before work was done. He said of course. As he was finishing up, he wrote me a $225 invoice for an assessment of something I already told him was broken and needed an estimate to fix. Called the office and they said they do charge to come out - starting at $75 for anyone located outside of key biscayne. Again, I asked for this info up front and it was not provided. They told me they could perhaps provide a discount if I decided to go with them. I totally understand that some companies charge to provide an estimate, but that is why I asked up front. I had 3 other companies come out to look and no one charged me. Further, no one other than the dispatchers would speak to me via the phone and while they were super nice, they had no authorization to do anything other than listen to the complaint. Extremely disappointed and feel taken advantage of. Will never do business with a company like this. Would not recommend.

They charge 100 dollars just to go to the place. and then he wanted to charge $650 to do a gas test in case there was a leak. and I just wanted to learn how to light a stove pilot. I do not recommend the services, bad bad bad

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
