I have used their services on various occasions, including installing a water heater, leak detections and a few leak repairs. Matthew is always responsive, professional, and provides quality and reliable work. Super hard to find a contractor like him in Miami. I highly recommend them!!

Was referred to Jason by a friend for plumbing needs, answered us right away, got us scheduled for a visit, communicated w us when he was on the way. This is the 1st time using this company and found them on google with great reviews. I accidentally dropped a mini air freshener can in the toilet and it went down…I couldn’t catch it in time so it clogged my toilet and it was out of use. We only have 1 bathroom in our house, so you can imagine the urgency for a quick resolution. Abraham was quick, efficient and personable. Toilet back in working order quickly and weekend early morning service! Thanks again for fixing our “shit” ;)

Disgusting liars. Would never recommend your services for anyone I know in the community. Absolutely disgusting. Lack of professionalism and lack or integrity. Absolutely no integrity. Super fast response and even faster clearing of plumbing issue

I had a major toilet back up in my restaurant. I called Falcon Plumbing and actually got to speak to the owner. She got a tech on the other line and even though she was booked, she was able to fit us in. The tech was professional, explained the problem, gave me a quote and fixed the issue. He even cleaned the area afterwards and I would recommend her to anyone. I was so impressed that I had her install a shower at my home and again, professional, courteous and gave me excellent recommendations. I went to a tankless heater and she gave me the best price on the market. Now, I can run 4 showers at once and not run out of hot water. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She does what she says she will do and her techs do excellent work. Not a lot of plumbers out there trying to save you money. That's why they have been in business for so long. They treat you like family. Anyone that gives you a quote over the phone is lying. They come out and see what the problem is first. Then they give you options and a realistic timeline. Great company, highly recommended.

Company recommended a brand new AC for $ 7900.00 after inspecting it. I got 2 more opinions and fixed the unit for $ 350.00.
