I called 24 hour rooter for a service that I need at my house I had major problem in my kitchen Sink and in my bathtub. Oscar is very professional and most importantly he work clean I highly recommend hem.

I called Miami Shores Plumbing because I had a sewage backup in my apartment (condo building). My toilet was leaking and there was sewage backing up through my tub...ugh!! It turned out to be quite a long 2 days of twists and turns and surprises, but the plumbers handled it with diligence and professionalism. There was a moment where the company COULD have chosen to charge me more, but chose not to. They did the right thing. I highly recommend Dovis Plumbing. They show up when, complete the promised work and charge a fair price. I called Dovis early in the morning regarding a hot water tank that went bad. I had water everywhere and no hot water! Dovis showed up the same day. I wasn't available to be present when the work was performed. Dovis dealt with my mother-in-law and very patient with her, explaining everything that he was doing.

Im not the type of person that leave reviews on businesses even if im happy with the results. Not because im ingrateful but mostly because my hectic life and lack of time but this story is different. It happened that AAA PRO PLUMBING got me out of a very complicated an unexpected situation. While remodeling my pool deck accidentally we ripped our septic tank and the mess started. That was on a Friday morning. By Friday mid afternoon i contacted AAA PRO PLUMBING a company i honestly disnt know and that i found on Google. I decided to called them the same day and they were immediately willing to acommodate my emergency and gave me a bext day appointment. Very puntual and professional, Edwing was able to offered me a solution right there at the best price in town. Today is Wednesday and my septic tank is all installed aling with a new drain field and all dine in less that 5 hours. Perfectly done like it never even happened. Thanks AAA PRO PLUMBING and specially to Edwing. He is now my new hero. 1 million stars for this company. An example of professionalism, and excellent customer service, two qualities that are hard to find in a lot of Miami's comoanies now aday.
