Best Hot Water Heater Repairs in Miami FL

My water bill was astronomical! I called the Miami Dade Water Department freaking out. They advised me to call a leak detection company. I called around to different companies and finally spoke to the owner Steve, who clearly explained the leak detection process and costs. Steve's son, Landon, came over and used sound equipment to locate this leak under our floor. As Steve promised, the next day two plumbers arrived and repaired the leak. I have a leak credit pending with the Miami water department. Steve says the water department will visit to check the meter and process the credit to my water bill. I have no doubt in his word. I will definitely call these plumbers again.

I had a good experience with Main Plumbing. My water heater thermostat went bad. They gave me the information on replacing the thermostat in my old water heater versus buying a new water heater. With that education I decided to replace the thermostat. The job went great and I now have hot water. The customer service was great. Some other plumbers get bad attitudes when working through challenges but Main Plumbing was professional and explained everything to me.

So glad to have found Hernandez plumbing, we had a pipe burst in outside our home. Within one hour of calling they came to assess the problem. They stopped our water so that we would not be charged an arm and a leg by the water company. Following day, they completed the job so could come back home to use our water supply. During this stressful CoVID19 time, I am glad that we came across this company to fix an issue we did not expect in such a timely and professional manner!

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

Super fast response and even faster clearing of plumbing issue

Terribly overpriced $550 to fix a toilet. Could have put in a new one! Also had a leaky shower head neede new stem. Three weeks later and no call back they said the order was closed and everything was taken care of. There was no note on a leaky shower head or ordering stems. Still waiting for a callback from service.

They need a best customer service.

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
