Professional.. Quick to show up and friendly.. a little overpriced but my problem was resolved.

We thought they fixed our plumbing issue but it turned out it was not fixed. Then they announced they will charge us again to fix what was not fixed the first time. Wow.

As someone who was unfamiliar with dealing w/ mold, the education and service provided by Water Mold Fire Restoration was exceptional. I would highly recommend to anyone who thinks they may have an issue with mold.

Taysir and Mark did a great job replacing my leaky kitchen faucet! It was a kind of difficult job as I had an old, outdated fixture, but they were quick, professional, and reasonably priced. They very quickly sourced a beautiful new faucet with a lifetime warranty and disposed of the old one for me. They cleaned up after themselves which I really appreciate, considering the old facuet was leaking before. Highly recommend

I had a major toilet back up in my restaurant. I called Falcon Plumbing and actually got to speak to the owner. She got a tech on the other line and even though she was booked, she was able to fit us in. The tech was professional, explained the problem, gave me a quote and fixed the issue. He even cleaned the area afterwards and I would recommend her to anyone. I was so impressed that I had her install a shower at my home and again, professional, courteous and gave me excellent recommendations. I went to a tankless heater and she gave me the best price on the market. Now, I can run 4 showers at once and not run out of hot water. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She does what she says she will do and her techs do excellent work. Not a lot of plumbers out there trying to save you money. That's why they have been in business for so long. They treat you like family. Anyone that gives you a quote over the phone is lying. They come out and see what the problem is first. Then they give you options and a realistic timeline. Great company, highly recommended.

If you want an honest, reliable, and reasonably priced plumber in the area, CALL THIS COMPANY! Our landlord was out of town, so we had to coordinate finding a plumber on July 3rd to replace an old kitchen faucet. Angel is the owner, and he answered my call on the first ring. He was friendly, to-the-point, and gave me an extremely reasonable quote. I coordinated with him to make sure I purchased the correct type of faucet to replace the broken one, and he guided me to the right product. He even came on the morning of July 4th to do the installation. He couldn’t have been nicer, and the work quality was amazing. The kitchen faucet is now fixed, and we also now know a dependable and extremely hardworking man whose quality of work is exceptional.

Has it ever occurred to you to provide good service so that you don’t have to write fake ratings for yourself??? This company is so dishonest and honestly should not be allowed to lie to any more people.
