This was the best service I have ever had with a plumbing company. Mike was the service agent who came out to my house. He was on time, less expensive than other quotes, got the job done in a quick efficient manner, and went out of his way to make certain I was happy with the work he did. Unlike many plumbing companies, they do not charge to come out to give you a quote and add another $69.00 to $79.00 to your bill. I would suggest anyone needing great service to contact them first

Folks, I am changing my review to 1 star. Hernandez Plumbing has completely changed from my experience in early 2021. This time the plumber arrived and with minimal looking spent most of his time talking about submitting claims with my homeowners insurance for re-piping the house. Then told me I needed to have their leak detection company over to find the leak... so he left. The leak detection person arrived, mentioned about filing insurance claim, and quoted me $1380 to look for the leak (repair is separate)... but talked to his boss and was able to bring it down to $900. I felt like I was talking to used car salesman. I sent them home. My wife and I did a quick inspection of the exterior of the house, found a major wet spot, called Robert's Plumbing, they broke open the wall and bingo, found the leak. I recommend staying away... this is not the same company from earlier reviews.

WMF team are responsive, fast to get to the property to check out the problem and gives no nonsense solutions. They did their work at last did again an inspection. This is why they earn 5 star. thank you WMF

I was just serviced by Miami Shores Plumbing and I had an amazing experience. Prior to using them, I called a few other companies and their options and attitude did not work very well for me. I called Miami Shores Plumbing and I needed a Kitchen sink and a New toilet installed + other minor repairs.
They accommodated to my budget with my new toilet and sink and provided me with the best service possible. Starting with the office staff and the plumbers. They answer all your questions and make sure you were satisfied with their work specially the owner Kenny which I very much appreciated.
They were all very helpful and patient. I will definitely be using this company again. Really recommend them.

Save yourself some time and frustration and call Eddie at Coastal Plumbing of Brickell first for any of your plumbing issues/needs. Working with contractors in Miami is usually a pain in the neck - they're often late, unreliable, and sometimes just flat out dishonest. Eddie and Coastal Plumbing of Brickell are the exception - they were punctual (in fact, early), identified the issue quickly (after it was previously misdiagnosed by others) and were honest about the solution. He is extremely knowledgeable with a wealth of information. He shows up, he's honest, he's thorough and most importantly, he will get the job done. I see why you have so many great reviews and I am just another one who has experienced your top-notch work. Thanks for your help guys!

The service they provided was exceptional and at first I was delighted with it. Two months later I had a back up and I asked them to come back out and they did. In one weeks time, it was backed up again. I messaged the owner and advised him of what was happening and he immediately went on the defensive by indicating to me that he had been in the business since 1961 and that he was 65 yrs old and that he knew precisely what he was speaking of. He proceeded to tell me what I had to do and was rather crass. I indicated to him that I had no doubt in his men as professionals that I was not accusing him or his people of anything, I just needed the issue resolved and would appreciate them coming out and looking at this. He was not at all sympathetic to sensitive to my dilemma. I thought that I had a company for life and was certain that I could call them from here on out, not so. I am very sorry to say that this gentleman, the owner, is anything but a professional. I paid them in full both times that they came out and he went onto say that I had not paid them the 2nd time around, I have the cancelled check to prove it. They were paid in full both times. This gentleman just went on rambling when all I needed was for him to come out and look at what was happening and explore a little further to get to the root cause of the back up. He (Tony) was totally hostile. I am so sorry about this, I thought I had a company for any future issues. I can way with all honesty that I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
