After failing to find an available plumber from recommendations I had received, I used several sites through Google and located Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I was connected almost immediately to Abraham, whose confidence and expertise assured me that I had made a good choice for replacement of my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. He answered my questions so that I could select the proper equipment and we arranged an appointment for later in the week. On the day of service I was contacted 30 minutes prior to the appointment time and Abraham showed up as scheduled. He was able to explain the entire process and even with a few glitches that come from a 40 year old faucet set up, was able to expertly complete the job in under an hour. I was particularly pleased that he cleaned up the work area and made sure everything the new faucet and disposal worked to my satisfaction.
I am very satisfied with my experience and with the professional and friendly attitude of Abraham. I will be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again for other services and I hope others will too.

Update: My 40+ year old plumbing keeps throwing curveballs and my plumber, Abraham, keeps knocking them out of the park!

Let me just start off that this company has provided me one of the best customer services I have ever received. Not only were they extremely on point with their arrival time but from the beginning of my call to them I was treated with respect. I had a leak coming from my toilet and i was in desperate need to get it fixed. I called Falcon Plumbing and the receptionist (Rosi) was very helpful and very knowledgeable. When the techs got there, they explained to me detail by detail what was wrong and reassured me that they were there to help me.

Very disappointed in Orr. Overall grade: VERY POOR. They are the only plumbers my association allows owners to use, even though they’re more expensive than the average plumber. I recently had a leak coming from the unit above, and they came several times to my unit, but the story would be the same. I would see the leak, Orr plumbing would come out, spend a couple of hours there, hand me an invoice and leave. Like the movie “Groundhog Day” the leak would come back that same night. This went on and on for over a week. Finally, the property manager, went upstairs, splashed some water around, and the found the leak 10 mins later. It was due to due to bad caulking. Such a simple problem. Why didn't they pick that up?
Stay away from Orr. If your Condo Association has a contract with them, cancel it. They’ll just treat you as a “cash cow.”

Carlos is the only plumber I use for my house in Long Beach. He is very responsive and his prices are the best I have found in the area. I would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.
