Sam has taken care of any issues I have had with plumbing for the past 3 decades at least. He has always come over very quickly, has very fair prices, a wonderful attitude, and his work is professionally done with perfect results.

I have used Epic on several jobs latest replacing broken cast iron pipes. No one works harder and tries to do it perfectly as Brayan. He is very busy but worth the wait. I had a good experience with Main Plumbing. My water heater thermostat went bad. They gave me the information on replacing the thermostat in my old water heater versus buying a new water heater. With that education I decided to replace the thermostat. The job went great and I now have hot water. The customer service was great. Some other plumbers get bad attitudes when working through challenges but Main Plumbing was professional and explained everything to me.

I could not believe that I did not know what to do. I do all the fixing things around my home. the water was gushing out so fast. After calling R&R Plumbing. They fixed it right away. One company said that I would have to pay $150.00 just to come out and give me an estimate. Another said $260.00 an hour R&R put on a new nozzle in less than 15 minutes .How great is that and I only paid one LOW price. I would recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing problem and don't want to get SCAMED.

Our water heater stopped working so we got a recommendation from relatives who had work done by this company a few years ago. We called yesterday and they were able to send someone straight away. Zamir Z. arrived within our scheduled time slot, but before that he was very communicative with letting us know when he would arrive, not that he needed to because we received a text message with a link to track his location, his name and picture, his destination (so we knew he had the right address), as well as his rating (5 out of 5). It really gave us peace of mind. When he arrived, he looked over the broken tankless water heater, did the troubleshooting necessary to see if he could get it to work again, and when that didn't pan out, he clearly outlined what our options and next steps were. He was equipped with a company provided tablet, so no messy paperwork, it was all done and paid for digitally, and the email was received quickly after with the invoice and photos he took. Today, the new tankless water heater that we chose was supposed to be delivered to their location, but this wasn't possible for some reason. Zamir personally picked it up and arrived at our home right on time (yes, we did get another text message to track his location). He is very quick and efficient, and he even took the time to answer questions on other plumbing work we are planning on doing. Regarding the company, we love their website and how well organized they are. We can tell that a lot was invested by the founders to get to this point and it was very worth it!
