I do not recommend it. Zero reliability, they never showed up!I called them on Thursday and set an appointment for Friday. They gave me a window from 11am to 3pm. On Friday, I called them around 3:30pm asking about a status since they were late and the dispatcher told me that service before mine was taking longer. She said it was impossible to give a new estimate, but they would call me 30 minutes before arrival. 5:30pm I called again, same answer, we are late and we cannot give a new arrival window, “but don’t worry about it, we will be there!” Then, I get a phone call at 7pm saying that they will be there at 10pm (eleven hours late) which I agree, since I have a leak in my kitchen and cannot wait any longer. Did they ahow up at 10pm? No! Did they call? No. Will I wall them again? Never. Will I share this with all my friends and family so they can also spread the news about this company? Of course I will...

I had a plumbing emergency at 8pm on a Friday night, I pulled up a few companies on Google for 24 hour plumbing service in the Miami Brickell area, Daniel's company was not one of the first to come up but the very first ones on the list didn't even answer, I got a hold of Daniel, who was fast, effiecint and extremely professional, he solved the issue within an hour!! I definitely recommed using his services. This was my first time and I have saved his contact for all future plumbing problems!!!

WARNING!!!! ⛔️ ⚠️ I do not recommend this company AT ALL. I explained to him the issue and he informed me that he can do it for $450 he proceeded to schedule an appointment with me and the tenant and he never showed up. I called him several times to get an update on where he was and he never responded. My tenant waited all day for him and called him as well and he never responded. He is very unprofessional and I would not recommend him. I will upload text as evidence. Please do not waste your time waiting for this company. I urge you to find a reliable company to rectify your issue and respond to your calls and messages.

Mike is awesome. We used him 3x for leaking toilet repair, unclogging tub drain, and fixing bathroom faucet. He responds quickly and provide same day service.

Vey organized, clean and professional

I had a shower drain badly clogged with rust and maybe debris and Sebastian came to the rescue on a Saturday. He tried several different tools and didn’t give up. After trying different options, it finally worked and he even helped clean up afterwards. Definitely on my A-list of plumbers and would hire him again for any tough plumbing issues

I used this company 2 times the first time was to replace a heating element on my water heaters and the technicen who came to see the unit suggest the replacement of the water heater who is only 4 year. So I called on another company who charges me $ 100 for the replacement of the heating element. the second time was to drain my sink which is in my kitchen. this time the quotation proved by the technician was 470 dollars ...
just to drain the pipe. I call a other company Who charge my $ 150.
this company flacon plumbing are not professional because when I called their office the lady I have on the phone told me that this job should cost 180 dollars max
