I was originally disappointed with Roto rooter because my appointment was scheduled on a weekday for between 8am-12pm. They told me I was the second appointment of the day, but no one showed up and I had not received an update by 1 PM. I called them and when they called back, they couldn’t even tell me if or when they could send a person out to my house. By 4:45 PM I just canceled the appointment. However, I was be able to reschedule on a Saturday and I’m glad I did because the plumber they sent to my house, Kat F., was fantastic. She was professional and listened to me explain the frustrating problem that another company had failed to correct multiple times. Basically a plumber and therapist in one! The work I need done was not something she could do on the spot and required a special type of appointment, but she got everything set up for me quickly and was so nice and professional. Honestly, she deserves a raise because she totally restored my confidence in Roto rooter and it’s customer service!

Emergency late night (12am) visit, toilet was backed up, the toilet was lifted and the clog was removed! Very courteous and helpful plumber by the name of Jermaine Bowens. He did an amazing job! 5⭐️‘S. Highly recommend Roto Rooter. Thank you!!!

Great service very professional . Both Nick and Abraham where very pleasant to work with. They installed my water heater and fix the leak in my shower all in a day . They where very organized and cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied. Would definitely be calling them for all my future plumbing needs.

Amazing service! Found them through Thumbtack on they were very responsive: I posted a request around 7AM, got a call at 8AM and the specialists were at my house by 9:30AM!

Carlos and Josh were extremely professional by giving thorough and detailed explanations of potential problems and root causes, analyzing my toilet water tank and deciding to replace the parts successfully.

This company is awesome. I was taking care of my 90 year old daytime diva today and both commodes where backed up. I found Main plumbing and they arrived literally within the hour. Let me tell you guys something this father and son duo where super professional, reliable, and they had really good equipment. They worked fast and gave my Diva a great price. Absolutely phenomenal service! We had our water heater replaced and these guys were very professional, helpful, and communicative through the entire process. When we had issues with the water not getting hot enough after the replacement, the owner came out on his day off to help fix the issue.

He gave me a few options / prices that were very reasonable and had everything fixed less than an hour later. I can't thank him enough for making my issue his priority. Hernandez plumbing did an amazing job replacing my water main line. They showed up on time, were able to diagnose the problem quickly, and do the entire work the next day at a reasonable cost

Terrible experience. I would call a company from outside Key Biscayne if I were you. It will be cheaper (they give you a hourly rate on the phone and then charge extras) amd for sure the service will be better.
