Sam has taken care of any issues I have had with plumbing for the past 3 decades at least. He has always come over very quickly, has very fair prices, a wonderful attitude, and his work is professionally done with perfect results.

I have used Epic on several jobs latest replacing broken cast iron pipes. No one works harder and tries to do it perfectly as Brayan. He is very busy but worth the wait. Dayana is fantastic when you call and on follow-up they're always responsive, honest and professional. I will not call anyone else. Thanks Dayana and Brayan.

This was the best service I have ever had with a plumbing company. Mike was the service agent who came out to my house. He was on time, less expensive than other quotes, got the job done in a quick efficient manner, and went out of his way to make certain I was happy with the work he did. Unlike many plumbing companies, they do not charge to come out to give you a quote and add another $69.00 to $79.00 to your bill. I would suggest anyone needing great service to contact them first

The ser vice was very poor the plumber did not know anything about the problem she kept insisting we had another pump we told her we had a shallow well and did not have another pump she said it would cost 1thousand dollers to buy a new pump and install we went to ace hardware the same place she went and purchased a pump for $350 she did not come back from the store she did nothing and worse she had no idea what to do bt we still go a bill for $125.00

The plumber was friendly, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire process. They even followed up with me after the work was completed to make sure that everything was still working properly and to answer any additional questions I had. They are true professionals who take pride in their work and are committed to providing their customers with the best possible service.
