After only a short while, the shower was good as new! Very happy with the work done, definitely recommend!

When I was cleaning the dishes in the sink this morning, I did not expect to find out that my entire line was clogged. Taysir came out and explained all of our options and exactly how he was going to do the job. Extremely professional and he was able to clean out the line. Having just moved into this home, it was apparent that the previous owners neglected the maintenance aspect and it looked like years of backup in the line caused our issue. But low and behold, Taysir was able to clear it all out and our lines are clean! Thank you!

I can't say enough great things about the plumbing work Jim/3rd Rock did at our place. I had a few items I needed help on including replacing two old toilets, installation of a new dishwasher and water leaking from the hose of our shower head. Jim was extremely responsive to my phone calls and emails leading up to the installation day, coordinating the ordering and pick up of equipment in advance. On the day of he came prepared (and on time!) completing the removal of the old equipment and installation seamlessly within a few hours. He was very courteous as I peppered him with questions about other general plumbing concerns (i.e. how can I get my kitchen sink to drain better, how often do water heaters need to get replaced, etc) and offered insightful responses.

So lucky to have found him and will definitely use him for our future plumbing needs!

Was referred to Jason by a friend for plumbing needs, answered us right away, got us scheduled for a visit, communicated w us when he was on the way. He verbalized everything ahead of time, walked me through the process of the fix. He was great! Awesome experience and would def recommend again and again!

I called 24 Hour Rooter Services  and they scheduled an appointment for me the next day. A sweet, skilled, adorable young plumber, Oscar arrived, explained the situation to me, gave me choices. He then FIXED IT with some parts I had found... and he did not charge me.

He said they are a neighborhood service and are very understanding of situations like mine. This time it was not major surgery!  I still cannot believe this. As a 50-year resident on the coral gable, I have never experienced such generosity, professionalism and patience with a situation like this in my entire life.

Woke up this morning to my toilets not flushing properly. One located upstairs & one downstairs. I called AAA PRO Plumbing and the young lady that answered assured me they will have someone out before the end of day! Sure enough by 4 pm Lee and Noel stopped by and within 20 min the problem was fixed!

Just had y’all’s company cut me off In traffic make an illegal left turn cutting off more drivers and had the passenger leaning out the window cussing me out. Classy business practices, have pics of the van if the business cares to find out who their professional staff is
