Bradley Plumbing & Gas was originally recommended to me by my husband's friend and they are now my go-to company whenever there's plumbing needs. I have used their services on various occasions, including installing a water heater, leak detections and a few leak repairs. Matthew is always responsive, professional, and provides quality and reliable work. Super hard to find a contractor like him in Miami. I highly recommend them!!

I tried to replace a faucet and ended up with such a disater I had to shut the water off to the house. I called Rob and he said he was in the neighborhood. He was literally at my door in 10 minutes. I was amazed. He did everything he could to keep the cost down, and was done in an hour. He showed me where I went wrong and all the old defective parts. I was floored that he had a matching faucet with him.

I could not be happier with the job and the price was more than fair. I even called him up and tried to talk him into replacing some pool pump valves but he said he doesn't do pools. Darn!

The owner Alexis is a cheater... We were cheated out of $700. We made the agreement with Alexis to pay half of the $1400 job (new floor in our camper) up front and then the second half after the job was done. It was supposed to only take a day. We waited all week and only a tiny section of the camper's floor was done. He said he wouldn't finish the job until he was given $3,000!!! So he completely changed the initial plan and price on his own. We now have to take him to court to get our money back. Ridiculous.

The gentleman went above and beyond to find a way to solve my plumbing issues. I can recommend him to everyone I know. Excellent service.

I've had excellent, responsive service from Douglas Orr, everything from replacing a hot water heater, to replacing old cast iron plumbing pipes. Most recently they completed a significant replacement of old plumbing pipes. We had been out of town for the summer, and after using the second floor shower discovered substantial water damage in our dining room. Chris, from Douglas Orr promptly came to our house, and after helping move furniture, etc. he asked permission to cut an access hole into the leaking ceiling so he could identify the issues. He discovered cracks and rusted out portions of old plumbing pipes. We both agreed that the problem required major surgery to replace the affected pipes. We then agreed on the portion of the ceiling that needed removal and I had a carpenter handle the demo work. Douglas Orr then promptly scheduled the plumbing work that needed repair, gave me an agreed upon fixed price quote for time and materials. Chris and a helper returned and completed the work in the time estimated, and not only completed it professionally but made extra efforts to protect our furniture, floors, etc.; clean up after each day, and on completion of the job gave me a detailed review of what had been accomplished. Their work area was completely cleaned at the end of the job, and a few days after completion Chris called to confirm that the work had been repaired to my satisfaction.

I greatly appreciated the quality of service, the prompt service, the full explanation of what needed to be done, and the extra care in dealing with our furnishings.

After searching for installations service to install a whole house water filter, softener and UV system we had Kristopher stop by for an estimate.

Naturally he was on time, professional, knowledgeable and succinct with both the the walk through and the analysis of what would best be needed to get the job done compared to the other estimates we had received.

He was able to recommend optimum placement of the tanks, UV system mounting, pipe rerouting , installation of bypass systems for easier service and maintenance later and he went above and beyond to make the system look extremely clean.

Overall extremely satisfied.

I really liked Mike, he is no longer with the company, I had a Plumbing issue and asked Joshua a question regarding the work that was done, I felt I had every right too & Joshua did not seem too happy that I questioned his worked which cost me $500.00 and took it personal. Joshua was supposed to come back and install the shower hardware which he wanted an extra $200.00. Joshua Ignore three text messages and three phone calls. Finally texted me back and said he was busy, even though he told me he would be back and then sent me to a different Plumbing company. I finally did the installation on my own & saved $200.00. I had highly recommended Joshua Tree to many friends and family after my previous experience, going forward I will no longer recommend nor use Joshua Tree Pluming.
