I can't believe what I had to hear from my family. I had to CALL another company to get them to fix the issues they had. No response to the company that did such a great job. How dare you do this to my family. He overpriced my family for crying out loud, don't do it. Go to a company who is thorough at their job.

We had been having issues with our tankless water heater for MONTHS! I contacted Rinnai and they put me in touch with Gus at People's Plumbing since he is a trained Rinnai plumber. He responded immediately and came over quickly and was able to solve the issue very expeditiously. He was also very professional, polite and informative. Para empezar son impuntuales. Quedarán en venir entre 9/9'30 y el chico apareció a las 11. Contratamos el servicio para cambiar el calentador de agua y el empleado rayo el piso de mi departamento. Mi esposo habló para quejarse y le dijeron que tenia q entender que el calentador es pedazo ... si es muy pedazo manden otro empleado para ayudar o haga una técnica que no dañe la casa de sus clientes. PESIMOS!!! Ahora tengo el piso rayado y no nos dieron ningún tipo de solución para el problema.

The owner Steve is a very professional! I called and explained my issue and he gave me 3 different DIY solutions. I called back several times and he answered right away while giving me great advice! I managed to fix my own drain and he was very happy to help! I totally recommend this business and I now have them on speed dial! Thank you so much!!

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
