It was Saturday, and the kitchen sink had no working drain pipe. I had called the RR toll free number and was promised an appointment on Tuesday. But someone from the miami branch reached out, called me, asked what was the issue and offered to expedite a service member out by the end of the day. A tech was out within an hour and he resolved our issue. Huge relief. Thanks RR and thank you Richard

He repaired the leak and his price was fair and reasonable
I had an experience in the past when I call plumbers they tend to make the problem appears worse that what it is . He was the opposite

Kris is awesome!!! If you are looking for someone reliable, and trustworthy you need to CALL Kris. I am out of town and I asked yelp to quote a repair on my hose bib and Kris responded in minutes. Yesterday my tenant had a leak on a toilet and Kris was at the property within house and this wasn't an emergency. He is a great communicator and sends me pictures of the job when it's finished as well as a professional invoice. He is sooooo darn good and Professional that I will recommend him to everyone. I will not use anyone else. He is my go-to Plumber for my rental.

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
