George provided excellent service today. He was transparent with his findings and provided us with a clearer picture of what was actually happening in our home. I’m so thankful he came today; and by the way he cane within a couple hours notice. Thank you George for your support.

The entire team was extremely responsive (supervisor, to back office, to serviceman), reached out and was readily available to coordinate scheduling, pricing, and explanation of work. Main shutoff was repaired and looks good. Serviceman was a couple hours late ahead of pre-set service appointment scheduled, which was an inconvenience, but was courteous and got the work done.

Jordan was extremely polite and efficient. He didn’t want to leave until he was sure the pipes where no longer clogged. I liked that. Sometimes, the workers just want to fix the problem, leave too quickly and something else goes wrong. He explained the process to me of what needs to be done and took his time. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Ramon is very professional and sincere. He was responsive and helpful for the problem I had at home. reasonable pricing. I look forward to using him again for future plumbing issues that may come about. thanks RCR!

These guys are a terrible rip off. They were called out for a leak that was going down to the bottom apartment. The first plumber says he fixed the issue $580 for 2 hours job. Then the next day the leak continued. They came out again and said the faucet under the sink was leaking (obvious leak that should have been caught the first time) Then charged $562 to diagnose the issue that should have been caught the day before. Then charged $450 to change out a faucet. Total these guys want to charge me $1,592.50 to basically change out a faucet that should have been a $250 job. Don't use these people. Total rip off.
