Jaun from Roto Hero Plumbing came out in a timely fashion to fix a sewer line issue. I can't say enough nice things about him. He was professional and got the problem fixed quickly. He offered advice and did not pressure me into more expensive repairs that weren't needed. He explained everything in simple terms and was truly one of the nicest most helpful people I've met in the trades. I would call again for any plumbing issue! Side note: Roto Hero was the 2nd company I called. The 1st was roto rooter, and they quoted 6k-11k for a fix that roto hero took care of for less than $1000! Roto rooter tried to rip me off and it wasn't until I talked with Jaun that I realized how shady roto rooters service was.

He was so professional and patient with me...explaining things to me. Even when I’d ask the same question twice, he was patient and kind about it 😊. Dillon is a great representation of the company. Hired company a year ago to replace my water heater based on a friend's recommendation. Priced out an AO Smith at Lowe's, but ultimately decided on a Bradford White 40 gal gas direct from Plumber From Down Under. I found the value for the Bradford White and installation to be very reasonable. 2 guys showed up in the morning and were done in about 2 hours. I just performed my yearly maintenance flush last week and encountered no problems. I am very pleased with my choice of water heater and installation.

UPDATE 5/31/23: Heard pipes rattling whenever irrigation came on. Called Plumber from Down Under who came the next morning. 2 guys showed up wearing company polos and patiently walked me through their diagnosis. Ultimately replaced my pressure reducing valve (PRV) and pressure vacuum breaker. Spoke to a contractor friend the next day who asked me what I paid. When I told him, he said, Yep, that sounds about right. He examined the work and said they did a good job. Fair price, professional guys, and quality work.

Excellent work from Jorge on my loop and water softener installation. Very well priced, quote I received is 30 % less the competition. Arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Everything is sealed well and left no marks of the work. Would definitely recommend.
